WORKIN' ON IT

I want a set schedule for the gym and need help with actual work-out routines so I can print them up and bring it to the gym. I want to focus on abs, bi's/tri's/shoulders, back, and butt. Can anyone here guide me to get this info? Anything would be soooooo appreciated. Already got my diet down and supplements down... now I want to see some "toning" results.
