lol 1 month later i pull 500 for 1 and 435 for 5.... i thought id be stuck at 485 to.. my abs hurt and it was a slow pull.. but it just keeps going.. i did heavy ab work the whole month twice a week and added heavy tension band bulls for speed.
I've hit 635, but I used straps and used a forward grip on both hands. I hate flip grip. I am not a powerlifter though... just a freak with big legs and thick spinae erectors.
