Ive got a new pb a couple of days ago, but its cost me, I got 255kg up and Ive pulled/torn my right trap, even shaving hurts

Ive pulled 727 geared and have pulled 675 raw at 260 b/w.....

1205 raw @ bodyweight of 100lbs, but that was before i strained my left nutsack from masterbation. Now it's more like 900 at bodyweight of 95 lbs

pulling 335 for 8 right now, just got over a back injury. Guessing my max would be around 415 or so.

Ive done 600 twice at 2 different meets 6 years apart. Had to take some time off im working my way up again.

first time I did 600 was when I weighed 210 in the 200 class back in 2000. this last july I did 6 again and I was 236 in the 242 class. I gotta cut some weight or pull harder for a 3x body weight. I working on it though.

in june i pulled 601 @ 198 i had alot left in the tank though. my next meet ill be going to in 4 weeks im going for my first elite total @ 198. I will go 562, 601, 628 maybe 640 if the 601 goes as planned.

Damn!! I pulled 505lbs raw @ 195lbs. One day I will be in the 600's
