Absolutely! I have just concentrated in getting a good protein based meal in every 3 hours and the results are excellent. I no longer count my protein, I just make sure that I get a constant supply of it. No way am I taking in 1.5 per BF, but I have been continuously making results in terms of size and strength.
It was the Westside PowerLifters who brought my attention to the "Just eat every 3 hours with a protein bsed diet" theory and they were as right as hell.
