What's your best source of protein?

Absolutely! I have just concentrated in getting a good protein based meal in every 3 hours and the results are excellent. I no longer count my protein, I just make sure that I get a constant supply of it. No way am I taking in 1.5 per BF, but I have been continuously making results in terms of size and strength.

It was the Westside PowerLifters who brought my attention to the "Just eat every 3 hours with a protein bsed diet" theory and they were as right as hell.

When eating a "protein based diet," do you have any idea how much protein you are consuming? I understand you don't count the protein, but you might still be close to the 1.5g/lb idea.
 
I agree with riverrock.

You know when you get those nasty protein farts? That means you're eating more protein than your body can process.

I bet about 0.5g/day/lb of BW would yield anyone as much as they need.

I tried ginger root and it didn't do a thing for me, except give me spicy burps.

Oh, I did find something that DID help, though: putting fat free, plain yogurt in my morning shake. Yogurt is definitely good for your digestive system in general.
