red meat to fill up muscles while on cycle, tuna and chicken and turkey when cutting........and in between a lot of protein shakes.......Optimum Nutrition, Probolic (time released protein for the night) and Muscle milk as well as Met-Rx MRP's
I snack all day on things like nuts, or a decent BLT for Brunch.
At the risk of having my post edited.....we are being BullS't about how much protein we really need by gurus with their own self interests at heart who make a huge mark up on supplements and shakes.
