What's the most f'ed up thing you're parents have ever said to you?

My dad said the secret behind the "success" of his marriage to my mom is that they both fucked around sufficiently before getting married.

My mom once told me to be sure to wash my genitals properly before going to my gf.

My dad once told me (at the dinner table with my gf present) that he got genital herpes from my mom but that it´s not so hard to suppress.

My mom once told me she thought I´d look good in leather boots.

My dad told me to hit the bottle to forget about it when I failed a math exam when I was 15. Said it worked for him a few times.

All through school, my parents were constantly asking why I couldn't be as good/smart/responsible as my older brother. Talk about your inferiority complex!
Now I feel guilty that I'm in a better place than he is.
I realize this is nothing compared to what some of you have dealt with, but it was huge to me.

Mom standing next to dad at 2 am, I'm ragging with anger and dad says

"Maybe you deserved it, she probably cheated on you because you weren't treating her right. Just calm down and accept the blame."

He has reeled for years and they will always be the people who didn't support me when I need support the most.
That's bad. To automatically assume it was your fault. Even if you had been to blame, you were there concern & they should have suported & consoled you. Left any lectures or lessons 'til later.
Maybe your dad was transposing his own guilt?

You know man, even though I complain a little bit about my family problems, I accept them with open arms because it toughens the skin. It's something that builds character and might end up helping me survive later in life. Most people my age would choose to move out or fight with their parents or give up or something. I thinking long term and want to set an example for those who may follow me in the near future.

i wish you were never born you little motherfucker

Substitute the words "mother fucker" with "bastard" and you've got one line that I was very used to hearing by the time I was 5 or 6.

Can't recall how many times I heard "I hate you" come out of her mouth.

Or how about the, "you'll never grow up to be anything. Hell, you might be lucky if you can get a job at McDonalds when you move out of home, but I wouldn't count on it because you're such a fuckup. You'll be living in a cardboard box on the streets when you move out of home, because we're not going to want you here when you don't graduate high school" I heard that at around age 12 or 13 when I got a detention, a fucking DETENTION, because I was late for a class.

What's amazing is that I turned out to be a really good person. I don't beat my kids, I don't hit women, I have great morals and values and I'm actually quite giving of myself to others. I go out of my way to help my friends even if it means I get nothing in return. I have 2 very well behaved, well mannered children. I think the major factor in all of that is that the bitch moved out when I was 14, allowing me to become normal again.

sounds like my childhood bro and im the same way too

on my 13th b-day my dad bought me a carton of smokes and said
"smoke up johnny" or something like that. it was really weird, i never was a smoker

I find it a shame that the some of the most serious ones aren´t being posted...

Mine are mostly just emberassing

My dad loves to just piss people off doing something fucked up like starting to interview a couple he barely knows about their sex life with their whole family sitting around or breaking out in a lewd drinking song during the main course. I´ve come to just ignore him. My sister hates him for this though. I know he does whats right for his friends and family when it comes down to it, instead of when it´s easy and he´s very smart.

He just hates social norms. he finds them petty, common and laughable.

I just wish he´d at least respect others opinion who don´t though. In the end it does hamper my mothers social life as they hardly do stuff together with other people.
