Fellas, just trying to find out everyone's personal preference on Carbs when dieting to single digit bodyfat levels. So, which one do you use mostly when dieting? Oatmeal, Brown Rice or Sweet Potato?
I also use whole wheat bread which are high in fiber .
When I am dieting the only time that I eat high glycemic carbs are post workout when you need the insulin spike to help transport all the protein to your muscles .
