What's THE Carb Of Choice When Dieting???

Fellas, just trying to find out everyone's personal preference on Carbs when dieting to single digit bodyfat levels. So, which one do you use mostly when dieting? Oatmeal, Brown Rice or Sweet Potato?
 
Yep , brown rice .

I also use whole wheat bread which are high in fiber .

When I am dieting the only time that I eat high glycemic carbs are post workout when you need the insulin spike to help transport all the protein to your muscles .

Brown rice is awesome. I also dig northern beans, but watchout for the extra protein calories. Plain Oatmeal is next best IMO
 
Oats is my carb of choice. Brown rice is too low in fibre for my liking.

1 cup of oats yields 9 grams of fibre.
1 cup of rice yields 2 grams of fibre.

No contest really.

I do think brown rice + cup of green veggies to be a good combo though.
