Whats the best lower chest excercises...

what do u mean defination??? do u mean for ur lower chest to stick out like Arnolds?? just flat bench press and dips...dont forget incline too.....
 
Um, k...tips on getting your lower chest to look like Arnold's:

1. Acquire his godly genetics.
2. Use gear.
3. Get to his level of mass. If you want a chest like Arnold's, you're probably going to have to have a back like his too. And have you seen that fucker?

Before you worry about trying to add mass to your "lower chest," how bout you worry about adding mass to your entire body, everywhere? Your chest shape is genetically determined.

Do you already bench 300-400 pounds for reps? If you get there, whaddya know, I'll bet your chest will get a lot bigger.

ok settle down n00bie! no one even mentioned arnold. I just wanted some different excercies that specifically aim towards the lower pec
 
many men have a tendancy to store fat in the lower pecs - check yo diet
dips are good, duumbell press and fly too

that'd be me. ive ran a low carb diet and 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and i still cant get my lower pec cut

um...i can bench 315 for reps.....i dont do any lower chest excersizes except for dips, and my lower chest sticks out...
Whats ur point?
