What's for lunch?

Hey everybody. I don't know much about diet, but I have a general question...

I'm going to be starting a cutting diet soon. And, since I go to college, I basically make the same thing for lunch everyday.

Basically, my question is, what should I have for lunch? What is something clean and good for you with a decent amount of protein (40 grams or so) that is relatively easy to prepare and can be eaten about 5 hours after it has been prepared? Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Eat what I ate, one cheese burger delux, and 2 medium fries from wendy. Excuess: winter bulk up.

Seriously,
When I go into cutting phase, I try to add tuna to everything I eat. So by the end of the day I will have consumed 2 cans of tuna. Thats 64 grams of protein right there. Ground meat, chicken breast, steak are good source of protein too.

If you are willing to spend about $4.50 you can go to Wal-mart or krogers and buy their whole rostery chicken. Its good for 2 whole meal.

I buy a big bag of frozen chicken breasts, about 8 breasts for five bucks. I usually have 1 chicken breast and 1 1/2 cups of brocoli with balsamic and olive oil. It's easy to prepare and easy to pack in tupper ware. I also pack oats with two scoop of protein, flax, and ANPB in another small container for my pre-lunch meal about 2 hours before.

I used to eat tons of tuna too until they reported the heavy mercury thing. I try not to consume it any more, but keep a couple of cans around for protein emergencies.
