Last week was the 8th week on my cycle. I was supposed to go for 12 weeks but my left shoulder has been killing me from about week 3 and my elbows are shot no matter what I do(even when not training they hurt). I had to change my movements to all db movements to take some pressure off my shoulder. I was thinking about taking this week off and then resuming my cycle(I'll still take my shots though). The major problem is my elbows, I can hardly do tri's and now it's starting to hurt other parts of my workout!
