What would u do?

Last week was the 8th week on my cycle. I was supposed to go for 12 weeks but my left shoulder has been killing me from about week 3 and my elbows are shot no matter what I do(even when not training they hurt). I had to change my movements to all db movements to take some pressure off my shoulder. I was thinking about taking this week off and then resuming my cycle(I'll still take my shots though). The major problem is my elbows, I can hardly do tri's and now it's starting to hurt other parts of my workout!
 
Oh, forgot to tell ya, I went from 100lb. db sh.press. for 8reps to 40-50 arnold press(only way I can do them w/minimal pain).
 
I would stop training all upper body! Sounds like you are aggravating an injury. Take a week of upper body would be my suggestion... but no doubt someone will have better/different suggestion involving the clever use of local deca injections????

But I would stop for a week at least, and test the waters again then. Just go mad on your legs... just think what you could turn those into with total attention?!

Local deca injections? Never heard of that. I used deca in this cycle and only thing it did was make my nipps itchy and sore, and that was at 300mg/week!

Are you using winny? That tends to make your joints hurt. It sounds more like you have an injury. You should see a doctor to determine if you have damaged your shoulder. You can really mess your self up if you continue training with an injury. It is better to quit lifting and let yourself heal than to really tear your shoulder up and not be able to lift for a long time.

This is what my cycle looked like:

Anavar weeks 1-4, Sust weeks 1-12, EQ weeks 1-12, and Deca weeks 1-8, arimidex weeks 1-14 maybe even 16 weeks, and then clomid to finish. I was also thinking of bridging w/anavar.

My elbows hurt all the fu(king time!!!!

My shoulder hurts mostly when I train and oonly somtimes when doing everyday things!

Doc gave me celebrex, seems to work but then again after lifting my elbows usually start to hurt again so thats why I think i need off time!

Anyone else have some good advice? Please!

What should I do, or people who had similar problems what did u do?
 
Sounds like the Sustenon EQ Deca and arimidex are fake, you should send them to me imediatly so that I can test them. Actually if your sure they're real keep on it you can take a week off of weights in the middle of a cycle. Just work the fully functional body parts or do a little cardio and make sure to get lots of sleep, glutamine, and ZMA. Oh and lots and lots of Sex it's great for recovery.
 
21incharms, is ZMA a supplement? For the sex part, I've got that end taken care of. Actually I've been bangin her so much that she retreated to a corner shaking and crying, saying "please no more", hehehe. Must be the test.
 
try this supplyment, helps me out a lot, when i don't take it for a few days i start getting pain again in my joints.

Glucosamine 500mg
Chondroitin 400mg

Its a "join support formula"

both of those sould be in one pill, works great for me.
