you won't go wrong with ugfreak if you want high quality tren. para pharma tren is what pros do use. i would go 350mgs a week with 250 test and maybe some mast or var

You don’t need that much gear to recomp. Recomp is about macros.
Test 250/wk
Tren 150/wk
Mast 200/wk
No need for orals.
High protien, lowing carbs and moderate fats.
