Im on Body Forlife

Im in my second week of the 12 week body for life challenge and its absolutely A M A Z I N G !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can already see a slight difference and its easy to stick to and loads of fun
 
Was doing a high protein diet for the pass two years. Now doing the 40, 30, 30 and my energy level is up. My bodyfat has actually dropped from 10% to 8% since switching and I feel great. I usually eat 6 meals per day.
 
I am eating what used to be my standard bulking diet, mod carbs, high protein low fat, and losing bodyfat. The reason is i went crazy with the cals. this winter and put on too much fat. Going to cut slowly for summer to avoid muscle loss.-WULF
 
currently im on atkins ... but planning to start a CKD diet soon ... i just dont know where to get all those FATS :p
 
I'm an ectomorph, I can't gain fat and muscle gain comes only with dedication. I've been following a bulking diet for about a year now, and I've done nothing but put on muscle.

I have gained a little fat around the abs, but sheesh, they're three times bigger than when I started so I'm not complaining! It does get to be a pain to have that second helping of absolutely everything though. I enjoyed at first, but eating has almost become a chore (Unless of course it's Chinese... yummm).

So what does your diet look like? Activity regimine?

Breakfast: 3 Scrambled eggs, two bowls of cereal, orange juice, banana
Snack: Banana, Protein Shake
Lunch: Big Sandwich, Juice, Apple, Some nuts
Snack: Orange, Penuts
Dinner: Big Plate of Pasta with meatsauce, Two slices of bread w/ butter.
Before Bed: Banana, Protein Shake.
Lots of water the whole day and then plenty of rest.

I go light on the cardio, and lift three times a week. Each day of the week I do compound exercises focusing on a different part of the body. My one sin is that I love to go mountain biking, so I usually do that once on the weekend. I don't think that hurts my gains very much in the end though :).
 
I think the type of diet your on depends on your body type and metabolism, but currently I'm a fat bastard. Just met a new woman and all we do is drink and eat out. Starting on Monday it's back to high protein, low carb, high unsaturated fat.
