I'm an ectomorph, I can't gain fat and muscle gain comes only with dedication. I've been following a bulking diet for about a year now, and I've done nothing but put on muscle.
I have gained a little fat around the abs, but sheesh, they're three times bigger than when I started so I'm not complaining! It does get to be a pain to have that second helping of absolutely everything though. I enjoyed at first, but eating has almost become a chore (Unless of course it's Chinese... yummm).
