u can try 4 days of eating carbs from veggies and eat just protein and fat, then 3 days of eating carbs from oats,rice,etc. but with clean protein and low fat
a p/t told me i was having too much protein for my body weight (50kg). i have been trying the 60,30,10 diet (f=30%) and protein = 149g. What u guys think..he thought i should be having around 75g??

im the same way at times! it gets to be to much! atkins is just way to easy whats easier then meal 1-steak,shake,chicken wings,shake,ribs huh? ok ok add some veggies and your done!
