Breakfast: 3 Scrambled eggs, two bowls of cereal, orange juice, banana
Snack: Banana, Protein Shake
Lunch: Big Sandwich, Juice, Apple, Some nuts
Snack: Orange, Penuts
Dinner: Big Plate of Pasta with meatsauce, Two slices of bread w/ butter.
Before Bed: Banana, Protein Shake.
Lots of water the whole day and then plenty of rest.
I go light on the cardio, and lift three times a week. Each day of the week I do compound exercises focusing on a different part of the body. My one sin is that I love to go mountain biking, so I usually do that once on the weekend. I don't think that hurts my gains very much in the end though
