Standard bodybuilding for me and it's working quite nicely. Keto did nothing for me apart from cost me strength. Going too low carb just doesn't agree with me :(

Will be bulking in a few weeks time... can't wait :chomp:

Holy bananas! They must be growing out of your ears! Congratulations, by the way, on your muscle gains! It's great that you're busting your ass and working hard despite your set-backs. Mountain biking is great for you... by no means is it a sin! Kind of funny that exercising too much for you is a sin... maybe you need to share some of that with the rest of America!

Sidenote: Wouldn't a "Standard BB Diet" be high protein, mod carbs and MOD fat (not low fat)? I don't know a lot of people who subscribe to the "low fat" thing nowadays.

low fat is a relative term. I consider 20% calories as lowfat. The US government recommends a diet less than 30% calories, their idea of "low fat." Some people would consider less than 15% calories as lowfat. I generally consume about 340g protein 200g CHO and 60 grams of fat per day when cutting and bulking I add another 100g carbs.
 
I'm on the "no mo skinnyness" diet........means toss out the scales and measuring cups and just eat...........or at least put them away for awhile............
 
Guess this is just the standard BB diet, but it works for me

Meal 1 Protein Shake - Whey protein, flax oil, oatmeal, strawberries, blueberries, banana,
Post-workout shake - Whey protein, dextrose, maltodextrin, creatine ethyl ester
Meal 2 (Post-workout) Wheat Pasta, Sweet Potato, Oatmeal, Rice, Couscous OR Barley / Fish, lean Steak/Ground Beef , Turkey, Grilled Chicken OR lean Meatloaf / broccoli OR asparagus
Meal 3 Hard-boiled Egg Whites / Sweet Potato
Meal 4 Tuna / almonds
Meal 5 Salad (lettuce, spinach, onion, tomato, feta, olives, olive oil, balsamic vinegar) / Grilled Chicken Breast (olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt & pepper, fresh rosemary)
Meal 6 Cottage Cheese / Protein (slow-digesting casein) / Flax oil
