Calvin - Looks gust add in some Broccoli or green beans, some form of vegtables, your body needs them. Also, look into a multivitamin if you haven't already. Wal-Mart has Atkins Basic #3 which is what i take. Also, keep your potassium levels up, buy some supplements if you want. Potassium is cheap (like a $1.50). Potassium seems to be a big defeciency that a lot on Atkins get. Leg cramps at 5:00am are NOT fun.
Also, how do you like those shakes? I'm tempted to try them, but they're expensive as hell. Are they as good as the advantage bars? What kind of vitamins are in them?
