What to eat while taking phentermine

My boyfriend was able to get me some from his guy, it is on it's way.
Is there a specific diet I should follow while taking phentermine?
and also which foods do I have to avoid while taking it
I will start my phentermine and my training regime next week.

Protein is always priority number 1. Protein is what your body is made up of. Your bones, hair, muscles, skin etc - it's all protein.

Carbs and fat are basically just energy sources for the body. Carbs are your body's primary energy source where as fats are your body's long term 'back up' energy source.

If you are on a calorie restricted diet, you always want to prioritize protein. A high protein diet will prevent muscle loss and metabolic slow down when on a low calorie diet.

Here is a good video for you to watch where I explain how to calculate your calorie, protein, fat, and carb requirements based on your goals, age and body weight: http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/...s/nutrition-101-carbs-proteins-fat-46427.html

A good number to shoot for is:
1-1.5 grams of protein/pound of body weight for natural athletes
1.5-2grams of protein/pound of body weight for enhance athletes

After you set your protein intake, fill in the rest of your calories with carbs/fats. Dont eliminate them completely but to loose fat you will need to be on a restricted carb/fat diet.

First question first - what are you trying to achieve by using phentermine? The answer to this question will determine the diet you have to follow. Most probably you are trying to cut, so you would have to eat less carbs and fats, and more protein. However, this is definitely not a healthy way of cutting, and you should explore other alternatives.

there are safer things to use than appetite suppressing drugs like this

think of your liver and think of your health, more than just losing weight

lipofit from n2bm was designed for females, as a safe natural supplement. also n2slin and GW/cardarine are non hormonal and safe for females as well. GW can be purchased at n2bm

There are much safer things to use and honestly you can get results without using anything at all. Using a drug like this seems lazy to me. If you want results then put the work in. Get your diet locked in so you are in a 500 calorie deficit and exercise every day. Stick to whole clean foods like chicken, eggs, veggies, oatmeal, fatty fish, etc.
