I am in a similar boat as you. I am trying to lose body fat and put on mass as well. I have one of those BF% scales, and according to that I am in around 22%. Too high for my liking.
I'm not trying to hijack your thread, but Bunny, you seem to know a lot. I have a M W F weight routine (full body) and Tu, Th, S cardio (running, pushups and abs) routine.
Is it best to cut back on the calories I eat on cardio days, and go heavy on days I lift weights if the goal is too lose body fat and gain mass?
