What steriod to use to gain muscle mass???

If you're not consuming 2-3 times your bodyweight in grams of protein every day, and lifting heavy 3 days a week focusing on compound lifts like bench, squat, deadlift...and adding weight to the bar each week...then you're not ready for steroids.

Please allow me to chip in my few cents lol. All the points made in this post are VALID - but like most things in life,it all depends what perspective you are looking at it from. I agree with `gladiator`too where he says that we dont need to be 100 percent bang on the button to be big or grow and that he doesnt take it so seriously that his life depends on it.

On the other hand, this point of view may sound arrogant or downright abnoxious to the `pro bodybuilder`whos life pretty much DOES DEPEND on it from a competition point of view and potential earnings etc for being one of the best in his /her class. So u see there are many points of view to bodybuilding.

Ive come across people in my circle who think bodybuilding on the upper echelons of the sport i.e., pro competition level is extremely `UNHEALTHY`due to the number of drugs that are or need to be taken to have any chance of winning pro comps for the sake of a few mins of on stage glory.

When i first had a taste for gear was away back when i was 20 years old. I didnt train, i didnt eat right, i didnt do much excercise other than screwing women,i didnt even listen to folk who would say u dont need gear, just eat right and train. BUT guess what ? i did do it and was my first taste of dbol, and that one drug alone gave me the urge to train to this day. I also dont expect to build a bodybuilders `pro` physique but at least im in the gym unlike some of our obese bros and sisters who wouldnt know a dumbell if it hit them sqaure on the face. Some of us have a better grasp of the finer points of bodybuilding, some dont - but at least ALL OF US are in the gym and doing something that your average couch potato WOULDNT.

I actuallt respect the points gladiator expressed in this post, direct and most of all HONEST.
Most of all i respect the fact that u can come on here and pretty much ask any question you like, and actually have the good people here reply to what you want to know about. The last forum i was on i was a member for 9 years, until some new smart ass members joined and thought it was a good idea to insult you first and then answer - needless to say i didnt stay there. Keep it up guys EF is a fab place to be.

I understand bro, but telling someone they need 2x their bodyweight of protein isnt right either. What if you only need 1.5? If you are growing off 1.5 why waste your money on more which is just excess calories and extra protein that gets shit out?

If I wanted to be 200lbs I would definetly have to step up my protein no doubt about it. I dont know if i want to be that big though. You dont have to be 250lbs to be a bodybuilder.

6000 cals is extreme. 5000 is extreme. 4000 is a lot but doable. 3000 is good for most people.

I guess I cant give advice since everything is due to my genetics. I dont think if I ate candy bars all day I would grow just because i have good genetics. Some people are different you are right, so 250 might be too low just like 400 might be too high. Agreed?

yes, 2grams/lb bodyweight might be unnecessary for some people to gain mass...especially those on AAS! But, 2g/lb is a good rule of thumb to add mass...especially for those who are NOT chemically enhanced, even up to 3g/lb.

I was looking at it from the perspective of telling the OP to try everything else before trying AAS. The more mass he can add naturally I believe the better off he will be, and most people start AAS too soon.

If you could have gotten to where you are now (same weight and bf%) without having used AAS, in about the same amount amount of time...would you have done that? Or, would you have gone ahead and used AAS regardless? I know you may not think it is possible, but if it was, would you have done it naturally?

Damn ,Ceo you gonna make me fat, my metabolism has slowed significently at my age (57) that i can walk into a kitchen and smell the food and gain 5 pounds. lol!
