What steriod to use to gain muscle mass???

400 to 600 grams. Yes. You disagree? Stay small then. I don't care.

Who says he can only eat 6 times a day? Who says he can't eat ten times a day?

Your only limiting factor is you.

I also think we shouldn't be dishing out steroid advice to someone we know nothing about. We don't know any stats about the OP, his age, time training, weight, height, what his goals are, etc. We know nothing about his diet or training, yet someone is already telling him to use test prop...oh and look, he knows NOTHING about that either!

He says he "will have a good diet and workout routine while taking steroids". I am saying if you don't ALREADY have a good diet and workout routine that you've already been doing consistently for at least 2-5 years (depending widely on the individual) then you're NOT READY for steroids.

How much are you trying to gain in how short of a time? You just trying to get a "beach body" for summer (good pumped look and not too much bloating)? Steroids CAN (sometimes-not always) help someone with a shitty diet and poor training routine look better while he's on them. But, if you don't already have your shit together like I am saying, it won't fuckin matter and you may as well save your money.

600 grams of protein a day is rediculous. You would have to relay on supplements for the majority of that. I take in 300 and thats a hell of alot of meat....600 would be VERY hard to keep up, exp if you try to eat same everyday. Your kidneys would'nt let you do that for too long anyway!

This thread is draining the life right outta me...

Newbie 86, if you have to ask what prop does, then you have NO BUSINESS taking it

Genebean, that is the most ridiculous, idiotic comment I have ever read on EF

And yes, I am in a bad mood today

I have read up on it and yes i have an idea of what it does but i wanted to know from guys that have acually taken it. You can read all you want but i wanna know from others what they have to say about it. Thats why its a discussion board to ask question. Thanks all of you though for the workout and dieting advice. Would still like to know any other experiences guys have had from it if possible Thank Marc

600 grams of protein a day isn't ridiculous if you weigh 250-300+ lbs. So what if you get 300 grams from meat/fish and 300 grams from shakes? If one is awake 16 hours a day and eats 10 times. having 60 grams of protein with each meal, that's 600 grams. It's not as hard as it sounds.

If you can get huge on 200-300 grams of protein a day, more power to ya. But I doubt you'll see too many super heavyweights on BBing stages that bulk with less than 500 grams protein a day (like maybe 1% or less).

How much do you weight then? and what bf % are you? 60 grams of protein is 2 chicken breasts, if you say half of what you take in is food, that 10 breasts of chicken a day! I seriously doubt anyone on here is 300lbs let alone 300lbs lean. 60 grams of protein 10 times a day is a waste, believe me when i say this, you do not need that much. Excess protein, like anything turns to fat. Whey is a big one for that, unless first thing in morning or post workout. Due to the rapid digestion, it can be stored as bodyfat.

Actually there are a good few pros in my gym, only one competes above 250 competition shape and hes massive. Most take in around 300. Doesnt sound like alot, but when you consider one of these guys hardly ever works abs and they are amazing you figure Most of bopdybuilding is genetics my friend, sorry to disapoint.

yea i agree with that. I will deff have a good diet and workout routine.

Hi,

Have you been training or are you new to weights?

Would you mind giving us a few more stats like height, weight and age?

BTW, I eat 200 g+/protein day.

600 grams of protein is not hard at all. im dieting and taking in about 350 grams right now from mostly chicken, orange roughy, lean sirloin, and 2 scoops of whey on one of my meals. 8oz of chicken breast is already 48 grams of protein, add 2 scoops of whey with some water and thats another 48, thats already 96 grams. beef has more protein so a nice size steak will have about 65-75 grams of protein. what we're trying to tell you is that if o dont have your diet in check before you start your cycle, then you will be dissapointed with your results. many people say they will start their diet and cycle at the same time and 95% of them cant stick to the diet and keep using the aas anyway, and after they run out of supply, they will lose all their gains and wonder what they did wrong. i think you have to truly stick to a nutrition plan and workout routine before starting a cycle, whether it takes you 1 month or 1 year to get everything down in stone, you will be glad that you did.

My diets fine bro, 250gs is what i keep to and im a lean (around 7-8% BF) 215lbs. A chicken breast has 25-40 gs protien depending on size and ye i agree steak has more protein.

ok, well then you need to do some more research. just type in steroids profile on google and you will find a ton of profiles for each individual aas. do some research before you ask questions that can be answered by a simple search. you weigh 215 and youre taking in 250. thats just about 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight, you need atleast 2grams per pound of bodweight while gaining mass.
