What kind of shoes do you squat/deadlift in?

mine are fine.....like new they need a good polish but are still in good form.


B fold. they are made in poland and a australian weightlifting association over here (www.qwa.org) over here imports them.

i dont know where else you can get them. (he only ships to New zealand and australia)
 
I used to do everything in basketball high tops. I then bought some Asics wrestling shoes and there was a world of difference. I know it helped my powerlifting syle squat and my deadlift. It even seemed to help my hi-bar (oly style squat). When I do events (strongman stuff) , I use adidas running shoes. The adidas seem to work well for that. Otherwise for all other aspects of life I suggest sandals.
