unfortunately for me, it is everythijng that the typical male would work out, and that would be the upperbody, minus the back. back is awesome, but chest, abs, and arms suck. legs are probably one level higher than the rest of my body(I love training legs), same with back, but chest, delts, and arms suck.

I hear ya...same here. Except I think I resemble a much smaller appliance than a fridge.....

Its good to hear that some other people are in the same boat...
My biggest problem is that my lats are not very tall... They seem to only go down about 6-8 inches from my arm pits when flexed with my hands above my head...
If you figure out any cool movements to jump start tiny lats... you gotta fill me in ;)
THanks
Ryan

definitely calves, they resemble those of a 12 year old girl!!!

Thats good that you are training them. What kind of genetics do you have? I have fairly long legs with a short upperbody, therefore leg training is more difficult.

Short genetics. I have fairly regular proportions, it's just that my squat has been stalled at 115 for the past month. Until today when I bumped up to 120.

These are ass-to-the-floor squats, and I've only bottomed out once when I got frustrated with my lack of progress.

Now, I'm happy that I'm making any progress at all! :D

thickness in my pecs....just can't get the thickness there that I want. My back on the other hand is a different story.....

I would love to, but I seem to have a hard time finding an excercise that really hits them hard. I have tried lat pull-downs (High reps and low), DB pull-overs, DB rows and have recently started wide-grip pull-ups. No matter what I try, I never seem to really hit them hard. Hell, my bi's get a better work than they do.

If anyone has some suggestions on new lifts to try or ways that my form might be bad and how I can correct it, I would really love to hear them.

Thanks,
Joker

weighted pullups(palms facing you) pulling to the chest with hands fairly close together, closer than shoulder width. go all the way down, or you could vary them by doing them 21 style.
