100g of almonds equates to about 30g of fat, mostly if not all healthy fats, and about 600kcal.

I count them out.

I stopped having something before bed. I find I sleep better, like a baby, when I have my casein whey w/ flax oil shake. So, I'm going back to that.
 
God, I love cottage cheese - too bad it doesn't love me.

I have almonds, pre cooked chicken tenders and tuna salad with homemade mayo in the fridge for those nights that I'm starving and can't sleep.

Where as i'm the complete opposite. When cutting, I have to take 3 ephedrine tabs just to suppress my appetite through the night.
 
Nights after hard training day ill have:

1/2 cup of Cottage Cheese
1 slice of toasted wheat bread with anpb

Nights after off day:

shake with 1 scoop of muscle milk and 1 scoop of whey protein mixed in skim milk.

slamming them made me fat for a while. that is why i stay away from nuts.
