Do you count your almonds/peanuts or do you just slam em? I wonder how many g of fat im getting with a handfull or so of almonds and walnuts...too damn lazy to weigh them plus I'm not that anal, yet........
If i don't have carbs right before I go to bed i can't sleep. Usually a small bowl of oats or 2 lices of whole-grain toast. Tonight however, just eaten 2 big bags of mixed nuts and mini bag of digestive biscuits. I hardly ever gain body fat from doing this. My metabolism and thyroid must be so fast.
