M MASSIVEMONSTER New member Mar 10, 2006 #10 best choices for me are: casein, eggs, cottage cheese with banana, oats. i used to bang down 800-900 calories before bed but bf shot up, now just a plain 500 is good mainly protein and EFA`s Thankyou all
