What Is The Longest Amount Of Time All Of You Have Gone Without A Cheat Meal

It's easier to maintain a diet during the weekday. I wake up at the same time, go to sleep at the same time. Do the same things and eat the same things at the same times. Drink my 1.5 gallons of water blah blah blah. But on the weekends...come on! I'm human! let me enjoy life!

Carth - finally, someone who realizes this is a hobby and not should not interefere with life...well, maybe not that much...ok, it can a little....lol


What does a weekend look like for you? Like, last weekend.....what was on the menu?
 
I've gone a month, but had refeeds of clean food along the way...sugar free Jell-O saved my life :). I do the same as mentioned before...Monday through Friday eat on a pretty precise schedule. Saturdays/Sundays I still eat clean, but don't worry about time/amounts as much since I sleep in and all that jazz. Saturday nights I normally have a cheat meal, but even then it's not that bad.

Lets see, for breakfast Saturday morning I had 6 eggwhites, hashbrowns, 4 white toasts ( 2 with butter and the other with cream cheese ) and a tall glass of fresh squeeze OJ. Then about 1 hour later I ate a whole entire pint of Haagen Dazs Ice cream while watching WWE wrestling on my TiVo! :)

Then about another later I ate a couple of Cheetos and Doritos...just like a handfull..that's all. Then about 2 hours later I had some good ol' spanish arroz con pollo. Then about 1 hour later I had a protein shake that had 50/50 whey/casein. Then about another hour later I had 4 mini chocolate muffins. Then late night at around 10:30pm the wife and I went out to a nice restaurant. I had me filet mignon with lobster tail and for deserst a goat cheese cheescake. Good as hell I must say. Sunday...I had 6 eggwhites, pancakes, 2 croissants and strawberry fruit shake. Later on I had GGGGOOOOOOOODD chinese food. Later on that day I had the same chinese food. Then I had me a night time shake. That's it! I probably had me around a gallon of water per day also. Oh yeah! And some good fucking sex on both nights!!! :)

LOL...you don't even want to know the last time I had a "cheat" meal.........for starters, I havent touched fast food (save Subway maybe 3 times, 2 were chx breast salads) for at LEAST 6 years......just don't have the craving.....granted, I have a thick, davinchii sweetned, casein shake that tastes like a Blizzard every night before bed and about a half bag of roasted,shelled peanuts to keep me on point, but I wouldnt consider it cheating......

If I couldn't eat my natty p-butter, or peanuts, I'd be screwed! It's the only thing at night that keeps me from eating a gallon of ice cream, or some other garbage!

Peanuts are an AWSOME substitute for cheat foods!

Longest for me though is still a paltry...2 weeks...You make me feel ashamed Jkurz!
 
Hahah....peanuts rule....hardly a cheat, one of the better bodybuilding foods by bar.....good fats, good protein, good fiber..........toss in a shake bro........I honestly don't crave shit one bit........weird thing is I f-ing crave a warm footlong from cubway or quizznos.......might unload tomorrow with that and a few brews.....I need to put on weight, so I'm going to be strict as hell M-F and not give a f- on the weekends.....thanks Carth! We having some brews this weekend??? OSU game tomorrow, Browns game tonight....tribe on sunday and monday......life's good...

For me it's not undereating, it's just a sanity issue. I let myself eat depending on my mood on Saturdays just so I know that the gym and "proper nutrition" don't control my life and I am still a sane person. Some Saturdays, I don't feel like cheating much at all and some I eat like a mad woman. Right now I'm drinking a Margarita and eating a PB&J sandwich. What a weirdo... but hey, I'm a college student... I love training and eating well, but I need not be obsessed with it 24/7. I think it's healthy for everyone, college student or not, to let themselves fall off the wagon and be a human being! Life's too short to be obsessed...
 
Hmmm, the longest for me was around 540 days :)

Since then its more of a crafty look around that I make before a grab candy from some poor unsuspecting baby! :D
