What Is The Longest Amount Of Time All Of You Have Gone Without A Cheat Meal

LOL...you don't even want to know the last time I had a "cheat" meal.........for starters, I havent touched fast food (save Subway maybe 3 times, 2 were chx breast salads) for at LEAST 6 years......just don't have the craving.....granted, I have a thick, davinchii sweetned, casein shake that tastes like a Blizzard every night before bed and about a half bag of roasted,shelled peanuts to keep me on point, but I wouldnt consider it cheating......
 
There are many benefits to a cheat day. I look a hell of a lot better now that I'm incorporating a cheat day and some other metabolism shockers into my cutting and bulking diets.
 
My opinion is that people justify cheating by telling themselves it will help them in the end but if you compare the physique of someone who cheats to someone who doesn't, you will find the real answer. Another benefit of not cheating is that you eventually lose the desire to cheat.

I do it for sanity reasons. I realize it might set me back a bit, but if I can go 3 weeks of eating spot-on, then taking a day to eat everything I have been denying myself the last 3 weeks isn't that terrible, and it eases any cravings and I'm able to go 3 more weeks eating perfect again.
 
I eat a very strict and clean diet Monday-Friday. But on weekends....SHIIIIIITTT!!! fuck that! I eat what I want, when I want. But in moderation of course. I noticed it tends to get me more pumped up and make me look a bit leaner. Plus it just helps put me in a great mood for the weekends.
 
I'm going to adapt Satch's 2 week cut (100% clean) and 2 weeks bulk (75% clean) regimine...we'll see how that goes...
 
I do the same as you Carth. I eat properly Monday to Friday, and on the weekend eat what I want. I find it difficult to stick to it on the weekend, because my schedule is different from during the week.
