10 days is the longest iv gone. u dont want ur body to get used to a diet or u will plateau. u have to keep ur body guess'n

I went 23 days to try and look my best for a beach party/pot luck with my girlfriend and her friends. Then, on the day of it all, I pigged out at the pot luck and wasted all my efforts before it was time to hit the beach. Doh!!!! And those 23 days were without any cheating, not a single potato chip, M&M, etc. It really wasn't that hard because I was seeing results. I'm on another streak now, 13 days, with another beach party/pot luck coming up Sunday. This time I'm gonna hit the beach BEFORE the pot luck lol.
