What is so special about OptiMen?

Have seen today a multivitamin specially for men –opti-men. Did not know they make multivitamins specially for men –how are we so different from women, that we need different vitamins? Will it improve libido?

It differs from a unisex multiivitamin in that it has some ingredients that are especially for men (testosterone and libido boosting). However, I would rather get one good multi-vitamin to get my vitamins, and a separate manly supplement for the other benefits, because in spite of all these additional ingredients you will not be getting such potent male effects as with N2Generate ES, because it was created specifically for this.

Opti-men has really good marketing behind it but it honestly isn't a very good multivitamin. If you look at the form of minerals included in the product, they have a very poor absorbability. You will just urinate them out.

The biggest thing to look for when shopping for a multivitamin is what form the minerals are in. Most supplement companies use mineral oxides in their multi vitamin products because they are cheap. The problem with that is they only have a 2-4% absorption rate. Take magnesium or zinc as an example. Most multivitamins will have the forms of 'magnesium oxide and zinc oxide' listed.

What you want are amino acid chelates. You want to see 'magnesium amino acid chelate and zinc amino acid chelate'.

Check ruthless 3d from n2bm.com. It only contains amino acid chelated minerals. It also has higher dosages of B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin E. It was formulated with the hard training athlete in mind.

It is just the marketing they put behind it. In reality it is just another multi with a few other ingredients in it. I would much rather use Ruthless 3D as my every day multivitamin and add in a real test booster like HCGenerate if you wanted that effect.

The ratios are a little different. The trouble for me is that products like and Wellman is they then went and created a ton of very similar products all marketed at niche parts. Pregnant - we've one, old - another and so on. The difference are tiny.
