hey i'm back lifting hard now that my football season is over. I started about 2 months ago and with the help of nlarge + creatine my strength and weight have gone up dramatically.

I was 163 at the end of the season and i'm almost 190 right now, i'm not joking, i'm on my 3rd 10 lb tub of nlarge, i was on AST's HSC creatine for about 1 month also, i just ended like 2 weeks ago. Probably about 8 or so pounds of my gained 27 is from muscle memory. I know this isn't all muscle i'm deafintely fatter, my bf is approx 12.5% but the scale things have alot of error in them so i dont really know

when i got back in the gym i was struggling w/ 155 on bench and 185 on squat, now i can rep 185 about 15 times 205 10x or 225 6x and i can squat 255 no problem. Max is probably around 310 i dont really know. But anyways i just got some ONE and im hoping to hit 200 lbs by the end of March and db incline 100's i'm at 85 right now, we have this liftathon thing at our school in 2 weeks also i want to win :)

liftathon is 3 lifts, Bench, Squat, Clean basically you do whatever weight u can for a certain amount of reps and look at the 1 rpm on a chart and add it all together. The 1rpm is usually a bit high compared to what u can really do, but i guess it doesn't matter since everyone uses the same chart.

My bench and squat is good, but i never really did cleans, i just started a few weeks ago actually. I have the strongest bench yet i can't clean that much, its almost all form, but i have a few more weeks. I'm looking forward to starting ONE on monday also.
