I HAVE KICKED BEER, SHIT FOOD, AND MAYBE SOME FRIENDS IN THE PROCESS

I FIND I DO NOT GO OUT CLUBBING AS MUCH BECAUSE CLUBBING USED TO REVOLVE AROUND GETTING DRUNK, WHEN I DO ITS NOT THE SAME BECAUSE I REMEMBER HOW IT USED TO BE, I SEE HOW DRUNK PEOPLE ARE UNPREDICTABLE, CLUBBING USED TO BE MY LIFE, NOW IT IS NOTHING TO ME BUT ANNOYING.

I ALSO FIND THAT I THINK ABOUT TRAINING AND DIET ALL THE TIME, AT WORK, AT HOME IN THE SHOWER IN BED, EVERY DAMN WHERE. ITS LIKE I HAVE BEEN EMPOWERED BY IT.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

WHAT HAVE YOU SACRIFICED?
 
BRO I LOST THE LOVE OF MY LIFE........ENOUGH SAID!! A 2 YEAR RELATIONSHIP CAUSE I WASNT THERE ENOUGH AND I JUST DIDNT SEE IT!! ITS A LONG STORY AND DONT WANT TO GET INTO IT BUT SHE WAS THE BEST THING I SHOULD OF NEVER LOST.
 
Everything, really, its sort of fucked up to be honest, I wish what I do on no one, or maybe I do, my entire day, job, lifestyle revolves around this shit, dont get me wrong, I love it, but you know you got some issues when your in the car, its time to eat and your shaking up a shake at 70 mph because its going to be time to eat again in 1 hour and 45 minutes and mofos looking at you like "is that mofo jacking off", naw bitch I'm shaking up my protein. anyway, rant over, I'm baked, peace out

i was thinking i hadnt, but reading ur post i realised how much i had

i refuse to drink simple carbs other than post workout or a lil OJ when i was bulking, dont drink anymore, dont club that often as it led to drinking, wont eat overly fatty food , cutting means i really watch carbs, strive to get protein meaning fucking up what i eat in uni, cant go kung-fu as oftenn as i like (the weights are far more addictive :evil: ), and maybe some friends in that everyones like 'hey were all going to the cinema and im like 'yeah, but i REALLY need to do today, its leg day ya know' and get back a set of faces looking like this :confused:

but.....i LUV it ;) and i think ill keep doing it for a long time :)

BODYBUILDING DEFINATELY CONSUMES YOUR WHOLE LIFE, THERES NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT

MONEY......gear, protein shakes, protein bars, gym fees, syringes, creatine, glutamine, steak, chicken, fish......the list goes on.

Yeah I tend to do that a lot too. Most of the time I'm saying what a waste of good genetics to myself tho cus they're not doing anything with it.

Most of the things I've given up have been mentioned already except I've given up things like school grades (instead of studying I'd spend the time eating or at the gym) and time slots to dj in (cus that would mean hanging out at the club, drinking etc.)

Oh and last thing I sacrificed was being a skinny little crackhead who lived off of french fries :D
