I just drink water....but I also use green tea for a change of pace.

ECA drink w/only one gram of carbs..

my gym used to carry speed stack by american body building, and that was the best... but now they switched to a product by worldwide that is ok, but not as good as the ole 'speed stack' (which is ephedrine, caffeine, and synephrine -- the worldwide product is ECA + Quercetin)
