im tall 6'1 and i slouch a lot sorta got a hunch back thing going on, no scholosis back is fine i just have terrible posture, any lifts that can improve this ect.. thanks.

SEATED CABLE ROW!

Sit up as tall as possible and stick your chest out and pull pull pull. When you're out of the gym, try to retain better posture.

I've always slouched forward, and I 've found as I get bigger, it gets worse, when I put my arms back they sit on my lats, and I don't like the imaginary lat syndrome walk, so I slouch more. Concentrating on standing up straight is all I can do.
I found having a girlfriend who was the same height as me but didn't like to look bigger than me, sort of helped. Everytime I started to slouch she'd yell at me!

stretch your lats and chest and your neck. seated rows with strict form and posture. work with perfect posture on ALL your lifts. chances are you dip your head down when you shrug, shoulder press, row etc.

Good Call Nate.

Also, don't negelect your rear delts. When they are strong, they help to pull your shoulders back into proprer alignment.

that is correct. start hitting your seated rows, upper back,i know some one that had that problem where they looked like they were slouched over, never trained the back, just front(chest ,etc.)
they started seated rows, rear delts, just covering the whole back....over time it helped......
