pintoca New member Aug 5, 2005 #2 I would stick with the idea of buying a very lean cutr of beef (top sirloin or something) and having it ground... There is something disgusting about washing your food once it's cooked man!!!

J jenscats5 Guest Aug 5, 2005 #3 I would think rinsing it would merely remove off any surface fat leftover by cooking & any sodium..... For a very lean ground beef -- check out Laura's Organic -- it's 98% lean or something like that.
