a few years ago when i had done HIT for a few months, i could do (i think) 135 with one arm and about 115 with the other. I could do the 115 for reps. I had to duct tape 10 & 25 lb plates to my weider dumbells to get to 115 & 135.
However my back & arm were at an 160 degree angle when i did them (bent forward about 6 inches).

They were rotating curls, but if it would make you feel better I'll curl them while keeping my hands fully supinated the entire time and post up about it then. My core biceps exercise for the past 7+ years has been standing straight bar curls- supination is my middle name (well, "Casavant" is actually my middle name, but it sounded cool anyway.)
A 135 hammer curl is indeed a truly impressive lift. Props on that, fo' real.
Yep. My biceps strength always goes down when I hit a regular training program. I don't do a lot of exercises for arms anymore either; it's just that it assists in so many bigger movements.
