Anyone have information on weightloss steriods that work well and some what fast???
I have been told so many different things im hoping i can some info here as well..

i'll assume ur serious.

easier method

1) do 30/60's every night til sweating (30 second run, 60 second walk)
2) eat clean
3) give it a year

easy as pie. and u won't kill yourself. in 1 year, u'll be down 30lbs and feel a new person.

i just saved u a lot of time and effort researching.

next time do a bit of [searching]

Ok ...i get ur point..and just so i dont get anymore of that kind of reply

i was engaged to be married next year....suddenly our plans were changed due to the fact my father is dying..and we changed the date...ive got just under 6 months....i cant get the results i want in this short of time....

im not lazy i just cant get the results i want fastenough! im inthe gym allthe time!!!

What do your stats look like? Body-wise? Are you a man or a woman?

ive been hearing that Phentermine works....

Im a woman 5'7 and i weigh 179
Im hoping ot be 135...

What does your diet/ exercise routine look like?
 
The very word "anabolic" means "leading to or tending toward GROWTH." If you wanted to carry your husband across the threshold.... Well, let's not go there.

"Chat" tends to be a little less goal-oriented than our other boards. We do have "training" and "diet" sections as well, though. Good luck!

i'm being 100% serious.

You can acheive your goal weight of 135 with a clean diet (control your calorie intake, monitor it closely) and intense exercise 5 days per week.
 
yup, theres like 5-6 bulletins that went down.... all open source forums.


thats why people here are all tweakin out and postin dumb shit to find new sources cus after those sites got shut down they lost their plug

This has to be an alter. No one would make this there first post on chat.

However, is she is real. If she goes from 180lbs to 135lbs by the wedding, then I predict she will be 210lbs by her first anniversary.

if your looking for "weight" loss, then look into getting some appetite supressors such as phentermine, meridia, ect... its the closest thing to legal meth and won't have you eating or sleeping for 4 days str8



but either way, if u lose the weight to quik, your body is just gunna bounce right back after you stop dieting/working out

Don't just drop some weight to look good in a dress.

You will be much happier if you learn how to live a healthy life.

The wedding day is the one day these broads should not worry about there weight. Everyone always says "she is such a beautiful bride." No matter what. :rolleyes:

I'll admit even when I was doing sports & competing @ a decently high level...I didn't truly realize how much diet effects your physique...I mean obviously I wouldn't eat shitty foods. But I thought exercise was 70 % & diet was the remainder. But now I realize they're equally important. Discipline, & thoughtful planning will do for you the same thing these extreme drugs will. However, this approach will help your overall health rather than harm it. Morning cardio is your friend too. :) But who am I to judge? I'm turning to chemicals to help me out, but I'm not relying on them...so I'm not 100% hypocritical lol :)

if you are serious, try juicing for a month. the juicing of fruits and veggies that is. you will clean out your system and lose the weight you want.
 
Phentermine is an appetite suppresent. Most overweight people are that way due to lack of exercise and eating too much of the wrong foods. Usually correcting diet and training will correct the overweight problem. 40 lbs in 6 months is achievable for a motivated person without drugs but as others have already said, more information is required to help you.

Female weight loss doesnt involve steroids. Steroid use by women is a very risky endeavour. AAS are synthetic male horomones, unless u want to look like a dude stay away.

I sugguest AM cardio on an empty stomach and a sensible diet through out the rest of the day. Unless u are attempting to preserve muscle mass then low calorie would probably work well. Maybe weight watchers or something, my girlfriend uses that and stays in good shape w/o cardio. First off just start eating healthy and just taper down intake after you get it on track. Weight lifting would also be benificial but no need to go overboard.
