S skinnyfromtoptobottom New member Mar 30, 2003 #12 i still got a question about close grip bench: you use it as a triceps exercise, right? but isn't it half triceps, half (inner) chest? won't you overtrain your chest by doing close grips and e.g. bench press on the same day?
