It wasn't intended to be a call out post. I apologize if it came across as such.

My point is simply that attempts to portray this man as some kind of dimwit are just the typical hyperbole and unsubstantiated personal attacks one would expect from the other side.

No offense taken, my post wasn't intended to sound like I was sulking in self-pity for not going to university, I have more than enough money to do that now, I just don't want to.

My and other people's attacks on GW Bush's intelligence are not unsubstantiated though. His lack of intellect is self-evident when he opens his mouth.

What good is a Harvard and/or Yale degree when you can't construct a grammatically correct sentence and invent words on the way? Bush's lack of worldly knowledge and brains to learn have been obvious ever since he became President. No degree or PhD or other type of formal education will change that now.

There was no argument contained within his post. It's just a list. Take it at face value.

Does anyone remember how Bush sounded before he was not elected in 2000? I do. It wasn't just stupid, it was laughably stupid. That's the time period from which those books that have 150+ pages of him being stupid got most of their material.

He doesn't sound like that anymore because he now has that wonderful list of government-paid employees, several of whom exist solely to micromanage everything that comes out of his mouth. And even when he reads Karl Rove's words verbatim, he sounds like a moron. He delivers it poorly: the words are badly timed, his intonation is incongruent with his message; he takes frequent, long, and out-of-place pauses (I assume to let his brain catch up.)

Why did he graduate harvard and yale? His dad was a senator. Those schools don't like to fail people. It makes them look bad, especially when his daddy's a big shot who can contribute. So they gave him C's as a compromise.

Let's not pretend this man is smart. The most memorable seen from Farenheit 9/11 is when Bush was sitting in his desk, in the 30 second countdown to broadcast his post 9/11 message to the american people. For a good 10 seconds of that, you can see him trying hard not to crack up. What. The. Fuck.

No shit, talk about getting a free ride. I don't want to sound jeallous for him going to Harvard and Yale, but that just pisses me off. How many hard working, hard studying Americans never get an opportunity like that, and this tosser wasted it.

Shrub got into yale purely on the monied Legacy system. You know affirmative action for rich white people. He bumped a kid from NY who had a 4.0 but was poor.

Shrubs grades in yale were mediocre at best. His best semester was a B average and he took his last semester of courses pass/fail. No grade, you just have to get a d to get out kind of grade.

He bought his way into harvard as well. I posted his transcripts from yale on here some time ago. His best grades were, ironically in Anthropolgy.

I say Ironically because he comes across as the most ethnocentric person on the planet.
