Like that retarded dbol for pct old school crap that was going around 10 years ago. SO who is still in the stone age with that one? come out from under the rock and talk with us.

I ran it 2 yrs ago... issue becomes you will not recover it's that simple,... bridging does not work...
 
The 10mg AM dbol in the first half of PCT does work. I've maintained the most gains and recovered almost as fast using this method.

What you're doing is essentially "tapering." I believe there's something to that. But if you always stay on...you're on. And nothing has worked.

Yes, the word "retards" is always funny.

The whole bridging thing stemmed from the days when a lot of "gurus" were guessing. Bill Roberts started the AM dbol concept and he basically pulled it out of his ass. It sounds good. Guys LIKE the idea. But it's fucking RETARDED.
 
tapering with AAS for recovery does work (well it always did before clomid, nolva etc) was ever contemplated.

Bridgeing - well you are either on or off its that simple IMHO

Not to sound like a smart ass, but possibly give some sort of feedback, I recently came off of a 10 week cycle of test sust250 (500mg/wk) Equipoise (600mg/wk).. I wanted to continue to 12 weeks but I had to go away for business for 3 weeks.. didn't want to take any vials of gear, so I did a cycle of clen/t3 and dbol, stashed in different pill bottles for the start of pct... I did HCG when I got back, too, though so I don't know if that counts as post cycle in and of itself... I stayed really active with working out, but as far as as strength and muscle gains for a pct it was pretty damn good retention. I recovered pretty well..


As a disclaimer I didn't plan that to be part of my PCT, it just kind of happened that way due to necessity. Was my first time taking T3 and I didn't want to do it without any gear.. so dbol it was.

EDIT I guess that was just tapering and not really dbol pct...
