Not to sound like a smart ass, but possibly give some sort of feedback, I recently came off of a 10 week cycle of test sust250 (500mg/wk) Equipoise (600mg/wk).. I wanted to continue to 12 weeks but I had to go away for business for 3 weeks.. didn't want to take any vials of gear, so I did a cycle of clen/t3 and dbol, stashed in different pill bottles for the start of pct... I did HCG when I got back, too, though so I don't know if that counts as post cycle in and of itself... I stayed really active with working out, but as far as as strength and muscle gains for a pct it was pretty damn good retention. I recovered pretty well..
As a disclaimer I didn't plan that to be part of my PCT, it just kind of happened that way due to necessity. Was my first time taking T3 and I didn't want to do it without any gear.. so dbol it was.
EDIT I guess that was just tapering and not really dbol pct...
