Uneven Biceps

For some reason, beyond my understanding, My right bicep is not as thick or big as my left bicep. I'm right handed and my both my biceps are equal in stength. The right one for some reason, just does'nt grow as fast as the left one. Any suggestions.

unilateral training, I have the same thing, my right bicep has great shape and fullness but is weaker than my left, and my left bicep is not as full and does not have the peak but is much stronger, can't figure that one out, but I mostly stick to single arm curls with bb curls once in while

yeah, my whole left arm looks like shit compared to my right arm. the right arm has veins like mad, especially in the forearms. plus the tri is way bigger on the right side, the left tri is almost non-existent for some reason. the biceps are pretty even though.....so i have the same prob, but with my tris (and veins). i wanted to ask the same thing.....but i figured everyone would just say to isolate the lagging body part for extra work.

warbirdws6,
I don't think extra work will make it the same, the only reason I train them separately is BECAUSE of the difference not to fix it, it is genetic and will always be there, you got to live with the shape that you are given, sucks I know, i would give anything in the world to have a chest but oh well.

haha. yeah, my strong points are 1) traps, 2) back in general, 3)chest. so i am happy to have those as my top 3 parts since they are the ones that count the most for the "i got muscles" look. lol. sucks to have lagging tri's though....they make up the bulk of a big looking non-flexed arm. and then there is the genetic flaw of storing fat on my lower abs no matter what i do.......:D

I have the same exact problem with my tris, they blow up in the gym when I work them out from the pump but they look like shit compared to my bis. yeah I have bad genetics on shoulder and chest. but my legs kick ass, but how often does someone see my legs. oh well.

I'm also right handed, but my left bicep is bigger, stronger and looks better than the right. always been this way since i started lifting as a teen. i do a lot of dumbells but doesn't seem to be helping :(

This is great info guys.

Well ya'll are wierd because I am right-handed but my RIGHT bicep is bigger/fuller than my left. Atleast it is not significant. Not as bad as the difference in my chest. My right side lags and it keeps me up at night. I hate my genetics it ain't just a fancy name LOL.

I have poor tri's too. they are definitely my weakest link. chest, back, and traps are great, biceps are fair, it's just those damn tri's.
