Been taking the normal and spore based day 1 when I started the doxycycline and still take them everyday brother. I am unclear what a yeast cleansing supplement is any certain brand ?
 
it doesn't help being at the gym too and being exposed to all those germs
Yeah definitely doesn't and I try to be mindful of that but you just never know who is sick and what germs are around you unfortunately.

Alright everyone in a little while here I will attempt my first day back at the gym and cardio, it will be a struggle to deload and take it easy as I just want to hit it hard.

I did a 10 day regiment of doxycycline and it helped alot, I still have this stupid sickness lingering around in somewhat, im still coughing some off and on throughout the day nose is still somewhat stuffed up and I'm still spitting some stuff up off and on throughout the day, it's much better than i was 14 days ago, but nonetheless this shit is still hanging around in small ways and it really is pissing me off because I have zero time I can waste right now. I got to get this done so I can have great before and after photos and show my work paid off for thr 12 weeks and beyond.

I don't even know what I want to train today I feel like I'm going to he lost when I step into the gym and my grove is going to be all sorts of fucked up, if I stop training for longer than a week it always happens with me and takes me time to get that on feeling again.

I'm still somewhat tired so we will see how it goes today I hope it goes good for myself and the log.

Just having some black coffee before I head into the gym and Taking my daily supplements, meals are all ready to go for the entire day, I will take out mote food to prep later tonight for tomorrow got to stay ontop of that.

I will update again later when training is completed.

Today is the day I turn the big 35 😆 I decided on dedicating the birthday workout entirely focusing on chest today. The gym was extremely packed today so I had to get creative today with what I did.


I felt great today with my workout and what I accomplished. I finally hit 70lb Incline DB Press for chest today, I am super excited about that as I've been working on it. The next goal is 70lbs for 10 and hopefully 75lbs for 8-10 reps.

Also I am confused at what has happened with proper gym understanding and respect. I was doing Cable Flys Standing in the middle of the cable machine so you know I'm using both of them, I know this guy knew I was using both because he was looking at me. I got done doing my set still had 2 sets left, this guy walks up and trys to grab the handle and use the cables I'm using, so I put my arm up and blocked his hand away before he can grab, I explained to him that im still using it, he says yeah well u just did a set, I said well you should ask me if you can work in and I'd let you, you don't just grab something someone is using. I can tell he was irritated but that was the end of it no further issues between him and I, I will admit it really irritated me that someone wouldn't even ask to work in or if I'm still using the equipment and just try to grab and take what I am using, some people are just fucking clueless and downright rude. I would never do that knowing someone is using something.

Anyway now that I vented that out I didn't let it ruin my day or my workout as it went excellent and I was happy and in the zone and overall positive today.

First two days back and it feels like I haven't missed a beat and I've kept all my strength and even improved in strength which is awesome and makes me happy.

No side effects I can report today or for the whole week, no bloat no water retention and mood is overall good so all G2G on that as well.

No sir, only thing i did was break the diet for one meal and had some Texas roadhouse but made sure eat within the calories of the diet, I haven't partied since my early 20s lol, the party and celebration was my workout and spending time with my family brother.

I know how much everyone enjoys the gear photos and I really enjoy taking them and trying to make them look cool when I can do so, I think this one turned out really nicely.

Definitely a smart move on my part getting the lurelock syringes with the 1in needle length really made drawing easy and swapping a new needle on for injections a breeze.

This time around I put the primo in first and than the testosterone I actually turned it upside down and back right-side up a few times and really let the oil mix together before injection. I feel that was a good way of going about it because I had absolutely zero pip when I injected into the right ventro glute today. Really took my time about 2 minutes in total for a slower injection. I'm just playing around with different methods of duration seeing what works better and what doesn't work.

Oil went in smooth as silk absolutely zero pip and hours later feels like a very small bruise if touched nothing crazy or out of the ordinary, so far excellent with the injection for today. I am liking the 25g alot.

Gym was busy again so I had to get creative with what I had access with for movements today either way we made it work.

Alright gentlemen today was a mega workout in the gym today as I had alot I needed done, I can safely say I am exhausted legs are on fire and I can't wait when I can sit down lol, that won't be until after work tonight as I came straight from the gym and into work.

Overall I still feel strong and workout wise I am progressing and I'm able to handle much more as far as body parts go for each day.

Meal 1 was 823 calories 45 carbs with 32g fat and 100g of protein

All training was done in a fasted state as well.

The 25g 1in syringe was definitely the correct move for administration will be utilizing that from now on.

Still positive feelings and thoughts as we continue trucking forward with the remaining weeks of the cycle I got left.

Truth be told im already thinking in the back of my mind what my next cycle should be... I will probably ask for some guidance on that when the time comes for my second cycle this year... yeah already the performance difference has taken hold of me and I can't see myself stopping at just 1 cycle not after experiencing what I have so far as it is night and day with what I can lift and what I can push my mind and body at with new heights. I know proper time off will be taken as it is the correct and smart way to do this so it will be done the right way everytime, I can see why some don't come off at all, but I would be setting a terrible example if I didn't do this properly and be a good example plus health is wealth nothing with out my health.

Just my thoughts for the day.

Injection took place on Monday went super smooth no issues for me on that aspect. No adverse sides for me either so that Is also all g2g.

I am thinking it is finally time I bump the doses of both compounds or at the very least primo. My body has completely recovered from being sick and I am back at the gym with vengeance full swing.

I thought about doing this 1 of 3 ways

1. This option test gets a minor bump into the 250mg range rest of my cycle as well as primo getting a bump from 200mg a week into 400mg a week for the remainder of the cycle.

2. This option test gets a bump upwards slightly into 225mg a week primo gets a bump of 100mg a week bringing primo at 300mg a week total for remainder of the cycle.

3. This option test stays at 200mg a week while primo gets bumped into 300mg a week or stays at 200mg a week for remainder of the cycle.

I am almost at the end of my first testosterone vial and almost done with my second primo vial. I have 1 full bottle of test left and 2 full bottles of primo left for my current cycle.

My only concern is bumping up this late will the compounds even have time for proper adjustment and saturation so they work efficiently at the increased dose, I am unclear if I will have enough time or not.

I just feel I'm leaving things on the table by not bumping the primo as clearly I can handle the 400mg of compounds a week no issues the entire cycle.

Decided on high volume moderate weights today and I felt great definitely increased strength based on weights and reps preformed with those weights.

That is a very valid point, I just feel I tolerate and handle primo very well so far so why not make the most of it while I have the opportunity.

That is definitely the truth and real deal about it. I know from a trt perspective and that log, compared with my cycle log it's not even close. Para pharma gear has increased my training capacity by a large margin as well as my strength + endurance. I always call it the para pharma difference.

Woke up pretty tired today so I had my black coffee right away and hit the road onto the gym for a nice Bicep/Tricep workout. I felt so on point in the gym and everything was hitting so good I skipped the cardio for today and focused on the weights. I do cardio x4 a week and did 50 minutes yesterday so friday/saturday/sunday will be the rest of my cardio for this week.

I felt very strong today and my reps and weights reflect that especially with my tricep work and my pushing abilities have gotten much stronger from when I first started the cycle till this current point.

I never cared about how strong I can get, but man I must say after being on cycle and seeing the vast differences and improvements week 2 week, it is fucking addictive when it comes to testing my lifts and limitations, the confidence factor alone makes my training feel so much better and different in all good ways and seeing how easy I put certain lifts and weights up is incredibly satisfying.

I have also noticed my vascularity is coming on strong when I have a pump I am noticing veins in areas that before when I was lean at my peak never popped, made me happy seeing that I also will say im seeing veins in parts of my arms I never knew I had before pretty neat.

After seeing the replies with the question I asked about upping the primo, I am still torn some and thinking do I bite the bullet and do 300mg and experience the difference? Or do I play it safe and smart and next cycle I do, I go for the higher mg amounts with my compounds obviously within reason nothing crazy high but higher than I went the first time around.

i will be honest my next cycle i plan on running 2 compounds along side of a test base. I wont know what works best for me and what i like and can handle if i dont try different methods and compounds slowly over time.

Injection day is tomorrow so I need to decide quickly what I am gonna do!

I will try getting better more overall photos later this week sometime. My biceps are starting to take shape again which makes me happy, long way still but it'd a good start.

I love when you have an amazing session at the gym. Just sets everything up for the day! You have that nice short genetic bicep too. Love it man. Makes it easier to get that peak!

Definitely brother today I felt so good and in the gym I was like cardio can be done tomorrow I'm just enjoying the moment in time when everything was perfect today, you definitely are right about the setting up for a good day as it's been one 😎

I got lucky with the bicep genetics I also joke all my good genetics went into my upper half and not my caves 😂

today is injection day and I kept it at 200/200 for the week. Today also marks 7 weeks & 4 days into my 12 week cycle.

I figured today I pop up the last bottle of test for my cycle and a new bottle of primo for the cycle, so I thought let's post up a beautiful gear shot for everyone.

I just always like showing up the professional labels and quality of the bottles just something about this color combo makes me smile everytime i look at it or hold the bottles. I couldn't be happier with para pharma and the ease of use and top notch products. I am definitely excited for future cycles running para pharma shuch a smooth experience.

Injection went into the right side delt today and it was a breeze, I didn't have as much time in the gym today. I adapted and made it work.

Amazing what you can accomplish in a time crunch.

My other thoughts lately, the longer my cycle goes on the longer I keep thinking about competing as a amateur, then I think I'm 35 years old I am way past prime for competing, I guess I keep thinking what if I gave it a shot. Winning or failing isn't the objectives it is more so the challenge of can I do it.

Then I think hiring a quality coach for that would cost alot of money, the dedication and time isn't a problem for anyone who follows my log knows I stay committed and constantly find ways so I get it done.

I am not really speedo kind of guy so I would prefer wearing the board shorts if I ever tried my hand at competition at the amateur level. I lay down at night thinking about this alot of nights. Body Building has always been my true love and passion and holds a specialized place in my heart, it is why I train the ways I do and stay working as hard as I can each day.

I know I would get backing and support from our community if I gave it my best shot, but I think am I even gold enough do I have tje genetics it takes, I really don't know I just don't.

I always felt I could do and achieve much more with my passion I just never tried.

I had from 12:50-1:50 today for training and cardio.

I must start this out by saying para pharma gear is damn potent even at just a total of 400mg a week my strength has exploded in the 7 weeks since starting my cycle. The reason I love compounds and experimenting is the fact that all of us are different and will be effected different when utilizing them. I know alot of people say primo you don't get strong on it, well my PRs are continuing week after week as the compounds are in at full strength.

I have run 200mg of pharma grade test solo before for trt and my strength and endurance never reached the levels they are at now at the time I weighed 245lbs and should have been stronger, but I can tell you weighing much less at 217lbs currently and on a cut I am actually stronger than ever and I feel that has everything to do with the para pharma primo combined with the para pharma test, it must be something about this combo of test and primo that is working in synergy together creating the perfect storm for strength increases week after week.

I feel absolutely on point for the majority of all my workouts and the heavier weight is getting easier at lifting that my warm up weighs are much heavier for certain lifts than when I started this journey 7 weeks ago.

I am blown away by the para pharma difference and the amount of work and progress I've attained over the course of my cycle. I feel optimistic about future cycles and rums with para pharma & UGFreak, having UGF and para pharma in my corner has been a game changing experience. I've never felt this different in the gym before it is night and day the performance advantage my body and my mind has gained over 7 weeks.

I can't wait for the untapped potential I can hit and unlock going forward when I experiment with more cycle combinations from UGF and para.

My old PR with smith machine bent over barbell row was 275lbs for 8 today I pulled 275lbs for 10 and I said fuck it I need to know what I can do... so I loaded 315 onto the bar and I got 1x5 & 1x3 I was so fucking pumped I hit over 300lbs om rows today! Only draw back is it was on the smith machine which is all I have at my gym so maybe I shouldn't be super excited because it wasn't a free bar and it is different. I will be excited nonetheless because I still pulled 315lbs for a total of 8 reps if you combined both sets and reps.

Also I found this killer oatmeal that fits my diet so I use it as a meal after training so I can replenish fuel and carbs into the body.

100 calories a packet 18g Carbs 1g sugar 12g fiber. It is seriously awesome so I ate 2 packets for a after gym meal.

Overall 7 weeks in I am very pleased and humbled by the experience on cycle so far and I am very thankful for the opportunity with advancing my knowledge and my training first hand as that is the best kind of experience. I feel this has been very successful thus far.

Just felt like sharing these photos because my clothes are starting to fit much nicer and I am actually growing at a good pace this short used to alot more lose on me, it's now tighter in the shoulders chest and arms. I also can comfortably fit and wear 34s for jeans at my heaviest earlier this year I was at a size 40. I am very proud of this update and wanted to share the good news with all of you.

also had a customer compliment me tonight saying i look huge he asked me what i am doing differently, i just smioed and politely said i cut carbs way low upped mg cardio and upped my protein, i felt terrible lying about it but i cant just come out and say oh yeah nothing major just anabolic steroids lmao 😂

hopefully everyone notices the changes I Hage taking these photos tonight.

That is the plan, I feel I've come a long way from when I started, I like the slow grind and earning, so if it all works out hopefully in 1 years now I will be much more improved.
