( short answer yes after injection) , it could have formed a few days after because i didnt even know it was there till i pushed on my right pec Monday I was feeling my right pec for a possible injection spot and I pressed down I felt a lump, its not on or behind my nipple its on the injection spot i used, Same thing happened with my ventro glute one time on cycle , i think I'm more concerned because it's the pec and we'll gyno not that I have that just why I got concerned lol.
@Topps_Baseball88 if injection just warm up and massage it lightly.

Please NEVER inject your chest again, it's dangerous, same with quads.

Bicep/Forearm/Cardio

Pretty standard day, I forgot my off days got switched around so I decided I'd get a workout in and take off tomorrow. So far so good minus my own stupidity with that one injection won't be attempting that again.

Overall mood Is good and feeling just fine, sides so far zero, no acne, bloat , water etc.

Training days all going very positively and strength seems increasing each week little by little.

Pump was phenomenal during training and it went excellent no complaints at all very pleased with my level of performance.

Ive never tried bicep injection. Does it get sore easy.
I have no idea after my chest injection experience I don't know if I want to try thr Bicep lol, I could try and report back, I definitely would opt for test in that situation I wouldn't try primo lol.

Never tried it before, guess one day we will see, just never the chest again, because now i got to deal with lump, hopefully not something I have to go see a doctor for lol, if I do I do but hopefully that won't be the case. Life lesson I suppose at the end of the day. I've had lumps before from shots that go away after a week or 2 so hopefully this is the same if not then we have to deal abd address my own stupidity with this one.

Yeah that is true I need to update my log as I got a Workout in today as I'm battling a stupid sinus infection went to the walk in today because it felt like I was swallowing glass and I'm all plugged up but we still got a Workout in afterwards.
 
So starting out I have some unfortunate news, woke up 2 days ago sore throat and felt irritated and like I was swallowing glass shards, yesterday I woke up and I felt even worse, went into the clinic and I have some type of wicked sinus infection, left ear is plugged throat swollen and red my nose is plugged and running all at the same time and it's draining into my throat which is frustrating because the mucus that comes with that.

Doctor said I could still workout so I tried it last night woke up today and felt like a damn truck hit me, way more sore and tired than I typically am, nose cough and mucus worse and I just feel drained.

Best course of action I feel is to take a week off even attempting cardio I just felt weak and drained walking at a slow pace, so I paying attention to my body I don't want to do this but it is what has to be done so I can get healthy and finish out this cycle.

I just cracked open my second bottle of primo for Friday's injection, with me not feeling well nothing was going right for me that day, primo went into my left ventro glute and the test went into my stomach, I need to order different syringes with the lure lock so I can switch out and use a longer needle 1-1.5in is what I'm going to go with, if I can find 3ml syringes probably he the easiest for my plan when I bump up the primo after the 6th week of my cycle and bloodwork etc.

For some reason I had a hell of a time pushing the needle in maybe just a combination of feeling shitty and having issues for the last few days, either way we got it done and everything went into the muscles just fine.

Someone gave me an idea about Injection into the head of the bicep, I've never heard of that before and I was afraid to try it after my whole chest dilemma which was a hard lesson learned. I will have to look up a video and see how that bicep injection is done so I don't fuk myself up again busy trying to do something different.

Training went surprisingly well later that night which I was surprised because my nose was plugged and I had to become a weird mouth breather.

@Topps_Baseball88 DO NOT train or do cardio this week you can make it worse. Take 1 full week off no training, no cardio just update diet for us.
 
don't train while sick. your doctor is being nice but not being tough enough on you

your body needs rest. you will be back strong in a week
Yeah I did it one time this week and I feel 10x worse today, after that I decided a week off fully from everything is the move.

I will probably catch some flak for this, lately with how I am up and down in weight, could be hormone fluctuations or could just be something I'm doing wrong.

I know one thing I got my best results when I did low fat high protein low to moderate carbs and ate damn near the same week after week after week, I know many preach against that and preach higher fats and while I've had some success doing that. I look back at my photos and the best I've ever looked was when I kept everything 100% structured and 100% the same everyday.

1lb of lean ground beef
1lb of lean ground tukery
1lb of ground chicken
3 cups of mixes veggies(or green beans)

I modified this diet because originally it contained 250g p 150g carbs and 64g Fat but I'm cutting way down on the carbs, I don't know why this time around it feels so difficult this used to be easy for me to do and calculate, maybe in the end I'm putting to much pressure on myself and I need to step back and have fun with this more.

That is 2037 calories a day eating that way and around 250g of protein and around 35-40 carbs a day. I understand people frown on that method, understand it worked the best for me and got me lean with the hit I do with weights and the 45 minutes of cardio 4 days a week that I do i feel it would get me where I want to be.

I am trying to take as much advantage of my current cycle as I can with the weeks I have left and I feel I could see better results if I can completely switch it up diet wise.

I also know I will feel tired and flat at some point with that method as the weeks go on, it's just part of the price you pay when you cut carbs alot and deplete the water and the muscles with less fuel, but I also know fasted and eating that low with high protein my body will become really efficient at burning through my fat storage over time.

For now we will take a 1 week break not gym activity keep carbs low while I'm inactive and see what we weigh in at when I come back into the gym and my regular training.

I'm just kind of up and down in my mind right now trying to put the puzzle pieces together and I feel going back to what worked is my best option, although I could be wrong.

I am just very unhappy with my body right now and how I look and that is part of it at times, just got to keep pushing forward and find a way to look and feel better.

I had my weight in with the fancy scale again that gives me a complete readout, for this reading I have to take my shoes abd socks off step onto this metal plates and I have handles I have to grab and hold out to my sides and stay still while the scale scans me.

According with my last weight in and this current weigh in I'm up in weight but I am down in bodyfat % my skeletal muscle mass was down last weigh in and went up with this weigh in.

I went from 209lbs last weigh in and currently sitting at 215lbs. I am up 6lbs I have decreased bodyfat % by 3% last time I had it scanned the scale said 19% now I am down into 16% for BF%

Visceral fat level is at 7 you want to maintain a level of 10 or under to stay healthy so I am doing well with that.

Skeletal muscle mass is up from 97.0 from last scan and now sits at 103.6 I am up 6.6lbs in Skeletal muscle mass.

Extracellular water weight to total body water weight is 0.368 so my ratio and balance is spot on with that marker as well.

Current BMI says it sits at 30.5

Body fat mass is also down 5lbs

Basal Metsbolic Rate as it sits is 2129 calories.

I actually feel pretty good at that weigh in somehow I've manged to increase body weight while decreased body fat % and putting on 6.6lbs of skeletal muscle mass, not that I'm trying to go up in weight, maybe it's just a result of my training mixed with being on test and primo right now for almost 5 weeks maybe everything is just starting to take effect inside my body and I'm seeing some results and benefits of being on cycle, that is just my opinion and educated guess, feel free to point it out if I'm not correct and give me the correct break down.

injections went smoothly today I decided to do it a little differently, I was curious about pip and limitation of it, so I did the testosterone injection solo into the right ventro glute I broke up the primobolan into two 50mg injections still a total of 100mg how I did this was .5 into the right delt and .5 into the left delt needles went in like butter in all spots today. I honestly don't mind sticking myself a bunch of times so splitting the primo Injections wasn't a big issue for me. So far so good we will see in next 24-48 hours If less oil into each muscle helps or doesn't change the pip at all, time will tell on this one.

I still feel week and run down and coughing my ass off, I feel a little better seems it's running its course and hopefully by the mid week of this week it is over and by the latest the weekend, I will admit this is some much needed time for rest as I took no breaks since starting the cycle.

Overall long term goal is get to 50% of what frank Zane looked like, if i can achieve that style of body for my long term 5 year goal I will be very happy, as far as my genetics and if I can reach it time will tell, my goal with my cycles abd my layouts for the next 5 years are around low-moderate dosages staying lean ( within a healthy level not single digits, I will he happy with 10-12% year round holding at that level and maintaining)

i wont sit here and be unreasonable or not realistic, i think trying to get to and achieve 50% of frank zane body style and shape is a real goal i can attain down the road , marathon not a sprint alot of this will come down to me and my execution and it we fall short but i still build a hell of a good looking lean well rounded body shape than i wont hang my head and be disappointed or upset, as long as i am happy and live up to my standards that is all that matters, my competition is myself and the man in the mirror none one elae or nothing else.

Arms are starting to get really vascular pump and no pump which makes me happy seeing that progress over the weeks from then till now when I started this journey.

Dosages are still at 200/200 for test and primo.

Indeed brother other then that one workout I've not hit the gym or done cardio and other than going into work I am resting and taking it easy. Also I figured the part people wouldn't agree with is eating the same foods everyday for me to hit my goals, as a good majority don't believe it's healthy doing so.

Yeah I have experimented with carb cycling and eating a variety of different foods along the way just to see what I could do with a different method, in the end I need to go back to my high protein low carb diet it is how I got into incredible shape the first time around years ago.

It has officially been 5 weeks and 4 days being on cycle.

Today is injection day which took place at 11am this morning everything went smoothly. I am really enjoying utilizing the side delts for injections.

My experiments with splitting up the primo doses has been going very well. I have been doing 50mg right delt and 50mg left delt. I can say it has kept pip way down and in my experience my muscle is less irritated splitting the sites for injection.

This method I use 3 pins instead of 2 but I really don't mind and pinning never bothers me it is just part of it whatever gets me through the cycle the easiest and correct way for me is what is important.

I am super disappointed that I still am not back in the gym, whatever this is as far as sickness goes is still running through my system, still blowing my nose multiple times a day and still producing Flem multiple times a day and my ears are still somewhat clogged, the coughing has gone away and I can somewhat breath through my nose again, I am stil feeling really tired and run down.

I am disappointed because I did not anticipate or expect my sponsored log to go this way... I understand I can't control getting sick and things happen in life at times out of our control. I just feel like I am letting down the community and I am letting down UGFreak and it is a terrible feeling man, I really am frustrated with this I needed this to go good this was supposed to be fun and a fresh and new chapter with my journey and my goals.

I am the type of person who really is meticulous and dedicated with the things I do in life and I really wanted to produce solid progress and solid results for the 12 weeks I have. I feel getting sick is cutting it all short because I can't train or do anything while I wait to get better. I put alot of pressure on myself with things in life and I beat myself up at times when I stumble or fall.

I am a passionate person and when I put my mind and my heart into something I get frustrated with setbacks, the only positive take away being that way, I will work 10x harder when I come back to make up for the absence with my log and my training and I will be relentless when I am able to get back into the gym and make the best of the weeks I have left with my cycle and go as all out as possible. Always need to find a way forward no matter the setback.

As upsetting as it is I just deal with the ups and the downs and find a way to just move forward and get done what I set out to do with the design of this cycle. It's the time frame that has me stressed out some, mainly because I have to take proper time off so the way I train now I am unsure if I can maintain that same level on 70mg of testosterone lol, only time will tell and see how I fair with that one.

I apologize for the more negative tone with this update, I believe in being candid and as open and upfront as possible the good and the bad with this log I want to let everyone see me from all sides as at the end of it im human not everything will be positive or up, sometimes its down and I get frustrated and upset, I am secure enough in who I am to share everything with all of you in the community as I feel it is beneficial for myself and for everyone to see all aspects of what I feel and am going through mentality and physically. I vent it out and get rid of what is pent up I side of me that way.

I don't just want to share good updates pictures and training info that gets stale for a detailed log imo others might feel differently and that is more than ok just speaking for my log and how I want to structure it, I feel sharing everything makes for a more engaging log for all.

Hopefully I get back into the gym before my damn birthday at the end of this month I desperately want to get back to the grind in the worse way possible! I have a tradition of always going extra hard on my birthday in the gym and I don't want to miss out on my tradition this year!

It has officially been 5 weeks and 4 days being on cycle.

Today is injection day which took place at 11am this morning everything went smoothly. I am really enjoying utilizing the side delts for injections.

My experiments with splitting up the primo doses has been going very well. I have been doing 50mg right delt and 50mg left delt. I can say it has kept pip way down and in my experience my muscle is less irritated splitting the sites for injection.

This method I use 3 pins instead of 2 but I really don't mind and pinning never bothers me it is just part of it whatever gets me through the cycle the easiest and correct way for me is what is important.

I am super disappointed that I still am not back in the gym, whatever this is as far as sickness goes is still running through my system, still blowing my nose multiple times a day and still producing Flem multiple times a day and my ears are still somewhat clogged, the coughing has gone away and I can somewhat breath through my nose again, I am stil feeling really tired and run down.

I am disappointed because I did not anticipate or expect my sponsored log to go this way... I understand I can't control getting sick and things happen in life at times out of our control. I just feel like I am letting down the community and I am letting down UGFreak and it is a terrible feeling man, I really am frustrated with this I needed this to go good this was supposed to be fun and a fresh and new chapter with my journey and my goals.

I am the type of person who really is meticulous and dedicated with the things I do in life and I really wanted to produce solid progress and solid results for the 12 weeks I have. I feel getting sick is cutting it all short because I can't train or do anything while I wait to get better. I put alot of pressure on myself with things in life and I beat myself up at times when I stumble or fall.

I am a passionate person and when I put my mind and my heart into something I get frustrated with setbacks, the only positive take away being that way, I will work 10x harder when I come back to make up for the absence with my log and my training and I will be relentless when I am able to get back into the gym and make the best of the weeks I have left with my cycle and go as all out as possible. Always need to find a way forward no matter the setback.

As upsetting as it is I just deal with the ups and the downs and find a way to just move forward and get done what I set out to do with the design of this cycle. It's the time frame that has me stressed out some, mainly because I have to take proper time off so the way I train now I am unsure if I can maintain that same level on 70mg of testosterone lol, only time will tell and see how I fair with that one.

I apologize for the more negative tone with this update, I believe in being candid and as open and upfront as possible the good and the bad with this log I want to let everyone see me from all sides as at the end of it im human not everything will be positive or up, sometimes its down and I get frustrated and upset, I am secure enough in who I am to share everything with all of you in the community as I feel it is beneficial for myself and for everyone to see all aspects of what I feel and am going through mentality and physically. I vent it out and get rid of what is pent up I side of me that way.

I don't just want to share good updates pictures and training info that gets stale for a detailed log imo others might feel differently and that is more than ok just speaking for my log and how I want to structure it, I feel sharing everything makes for a more engaging log for all.

Hopefully I get back into the gym before my damn birthday at the end of this month I desperately want to get back to the grind in the worse way possible! I have a tradition of always going extra hard on my birthday in the gym and I don't want to miss out on my tradition this year!

Diet is good I recently just switched it up the remainder of the cycle and after cycle diet is high protein low carbs going to keep carbs around 30-50g a day and all carbs will be after my faster workout and cardio.
 
you need to see a good doctor and get on the correct medication

if it takes 1 week away from the gym then so be it
I'm almost finished with my 10 day Doxycycline regiment from the doctor, I wasted no time being seen as soon as I got sick. I am on my last day of the medicine so been out the gym for that long trying to recover.

The diet will be boring and I am ok with that I am eating for results here not for the taste or for pleasure, I've done this boring diet before and I got the best results of my life eating the same things everyday not changing anything.

I do supplement alot on the side to cover my bases and get a balance.

I stocked up last week so all the food is in the freezer ready to be deployed once I can get back on my normal routine in a few days time hopefully.

@Topps_Baseball88 fish oil is too low IMO with your high protein you should have 2 tbps of fish oil which is 28,000mgs

100/test 100/primo starting out the week next Injections are Friday same amounts for test and primo.

This will be the last week the primo sits at 200mg a week the last 6 weeks we will be upping the primo at 400mg a week till end of the cycle and the test will stay at 200mg a week even though I want to bump it up into the 250mg range, I've had zero estrogen sides no acne no bloat or water retention which leads me to believe upping the primo into the 400mg range I could in theory bump the test up 50mg a week and be perfectly fine since primo acts like in AI of sorts in theory if I am running 400mg of primo it should be plenty enough to combat estrogen sides if any happened to occur.

I also have 1mg Arimidex tabs on hand if needed to be deployed at any point so I did cover my basis if I did push it a little. I could easily do .5mg Monday. 5mg Friday to equal 1mg a week which is how I'd use it starting out if I needed it. Which I don't think I would.


I know I'm gonna get yelled at so I will just stay with 200mg a week with the test even though I know I could push a little further without things getting out of control at all.

Other then my own stupid mistake with a pec Injection I've encountered zero issues my blood pressure is always good and well within the low/normal range, which other than what I explained above leads me to believe I could handle the bump from 200-250 test a week, I could be wrong though. I figured I'd give my reasoning and thoughts about the matter.

I will be returning to the gym Wednesday of this week and see how we fair, hopefully all the rest even though being sick will do me alot of benefit when I return. I have to really nail the diet these remaining 6 weeks to be where I want to be with the cycle, I feel I've done well so far, now that it is low carb how protein rest of the way out I feel I could drop close to the 12% mark in body far which would make me very happy, the goal was never single digit body fat the goal is a healthy year-round 10-12% as a fan of BB and the gym I feel I could look great between those body fat numbers.

According to the scale at the dietitian office apparently I'm 15% as it sits right now so if accurate 12% is a very logical and real attainable goal for 6 weeks I feel of I nail everything and go hard everyday for 6 weeks.

What is everyone's opinions and thoughts about me possibly adding in GW for the remainder of the cycle ? I feel it could be beneficial here for helping accomplish the fat loss im aiming for. I just wanted to see what everyone thinks, should I stick with what I got or toss in GW ? I see S4S has a sale going on right now as well which has me interested.

dont add more steroids until you 2 weeks post infection
I just got over it about 48 hours ago, I really hope I can increase into the 400mg mark after these two weeks because I don't have much time left on cycle sadly.

I've run GW twice in the past at 20mg a day and I had fantastic fat loss results. I was thinking the S4S sale is prime right now and I could utilize it at some point, but if you think I should just stick with test and primo ad my best option I can do that. My main focus is getting healthy after being sick and upping my dose because I'm pressed for time here with this cycle then I have to take time off so I feel kind of stuck here in my head.
 
Why are you planning on bumping?
I wanted to get more of the benefits from the primo and my goal was hit it as hard as i can with the remaining weeks I have left and try to dive deep into my cut while on cycle. I know primo can help hold onto muscle while in a cut I wanted to get as much of that benefit as possible while I cut carbs super low. The reason behind the small bump for the test was ro try and hold onto as much strength as possible as I lose more weight.

Meal prepping just got done and packed into containers, while the food and meals won't be glamorous by any stretch of the imagination, the results of eating basic and clean and controlling every aspect of the diet will be easy and simple.

A little salt a little pepper maybe some very low calorie sauce sometimes will do the trick just fine if I want some flavor. The plan is eat this way for the remainder of the cycle I have remaining, and for the foreseeable future until I reach my goal of weight and bodyfat % After we reach those goals it is onto my recomp phase of the journey and trying to plan out my next cycle as I would like to run one more cycle this year to help with my goals, I want to try and plan ahead of time so I know what I am going to run and have a plan put in place.

I also placed and order on Amazon which thank God for next day delivery lol, orderd some 2.5ml syringes with a 1in needle attached, I don't feel I need 1.5in for needle I felt 25g 1in was more then enough for and IM injection got 100 for 20 USD with a prime coupon, with the amounts of gear I'm running 2.5ml is perfect.

This first cycle is getting my feet wet so to speak and find out how my body responds with lower amounts of gear and adjust for the next cycle as I see what is and isn't possible with what I am running and what I'm trying to achieve long term.

I am in no hurry as it is a marathon not a sprint, I am still bummed out alot that I was away for 2 weeks with getting sick as I am short on maximizing a full 12 weeks on cycle in the gym which truly does suck. I have to make the time I have left really count for progress and results. I will always have a second cycle this year so I will have time to make up for what I lost during this run.

Diet everyday going forward will be:

1lb ground chicken
1lb lean tukery
1lb lean beef.
3 cups of mixed vegetables

Total Calories a day 2216
Total Carbs 42g all coming from the mixed vegetables which is 14 carbs each meal all meals eaten after weight training and cardio which is done all fasted.

Total Protein is at 255g a day each day, majority of my calories are coming from lean sources of protein daily.

Total Fat will be 96g ( plan on upping that with a nice dose of fish oil daily)

Plus my supplementation everyday to add in vitamin and minerals I might not be getting with out supplementing. Trying to cover all my basis here.

I attached a photo of my bland meals for prepping plus side it is quick and easy to do and I am eating for results not for comfort so it just how it has to be from here on out.

I know within a few weeks I will feel more tired flat and possibly worn down cutting carbs from a little over 100g a day down to 42g a day just all part of it and we will handle it as it develops overtime. I know one thing regardless of how difficult it gets that is when you dig deep and find a way and hammer down and we will get it done each day.

Time to grind and see where we land with my remaining cycle time frame 💪

The only thing in my head lately that I keep going back and forth on when I read replies on my log is this ( put aside me getting sick I just want to know what the reasoning is behind the majority commenting this, this isn't because I am upset or frustrated I like to learn and want to learn so this is why I am asking if someone can explain it for me please and thank you)

The original plan was 250 test 300 primo
For 5 weeks I've been on 200 test 200 primo a week never upping the mg amounts. I have zero sides on these mgs)

Now I look at the replies on other questions and posts and I always see guys saying 400-600mg primo for a cycle recommendation and 250-500mg of test for a cycle, why is it that when I feel I am ready to increase the amounts into the original cycle plan everyone tells me to keep my doses the same ? Is there a specific reason behind why I need to stay at 200/200 but others I see much higher recommendations ? I am not trying to be greedy by any means I think 250 test 300 primo is very reasonable being that I would be at 550 a week and well under 1gram of gear, I don't feel I would be abusing the gear at all with a small bump. I feel im far enough along that I could increase into the original cycle plan. I don't say this to be negative or rude to anyone as I always appreciate all of you for helping me and sticking with me and supporting my log and me as a person. I truly just want to learn and understand is all it comes down to, as this whole experience is a learning process for me that I value so I can better help myself and help others in the community long term.

Alright everyone in a little while here I will attempt my first day back at the gym and cardio, it will be a struggle to deload and take it easy as I just want to hit it hard.

I did a 10 day regiment of doxycycline and it helped alot, I still have this stupid sickness lingering around in somewhat, im still coughing some off and on throughout the day nose is still somewhat stuffed up and I'm still spitting some stuff up off and on throughout the day, it's much better than i was 14 days ago, but nonetheless this shit is still hanging around in small ways and it really is pissing me off because I have zero time I can waste right now. I got to get this done so I can have great before and after photos and show my work paid off for thr 12 weeks and beyond.

I don't even know what I want to train today I feel like I'm going to he lost when I step into the gym and my grove is going to be all sorts of fucked up, if I stop training for longer than a week it always happens with me and takes me time to get that on feeling again.

I'm still somewhat tired so we will see how it goes today I hope it goes good for myself and the log.

Just having some black coffee before I head into the gym and Taking my daily supplements, meals are all ready to go for the entire day, I will take out mote food to prep later tonight for tomorrow got to stay ontop of that.

Gym, cardio and first meal of the day all completed I seriously forgot how good mixed veggies and beef is, either that or I earned that damn meal and it tasted so much better in my head because I worked hard for it.

I tried not pushing myself super hard today but I still pushed past what I should have, I was judging how today was going to do with my first warm-ups and lift of the day, well everything was hitting perfectly on point with my first day back so we just went with it and I had a killer workout.

I feel like I haven't lost any strength at all, so in the end maybe the 14 day break was needed after all my numbers haven't gone down for the majority of the lifts I did today.

The hard part for today the cardio, I was not thrilled about doing this with my nose still kind of stuffy, truth be told my damn Caves had a pump from hell today same with my hamstrings, I wanted to quit 10 minutes in today, the important part is I didn't quit in fact I pushed on and found a way forward I've got no time to give up on myself not now.

Part way through cardio a song scrolled across my phone and the title read
(No Excuses)
It was at that moment in time reading that my mind went into overdrive and I kicked myself in the ass in a mental way and told myself I'm not a quitter I'm better than this, so what if I'm down so what if I'm tired etc, that is life and regardless I must Press on and I must not be stopped with my goals infront of me. I knew at that moment when I showed weakness in my mind I had to go even further than I planned which was 30 minutes and I accomplished that goal.

Alright everyone in a little while here I will attempt my first day back at the gym and cardio, it will be a struggle to deload and take it easy as I just want to hit it hard.

I did a 10 day regiment of doxycycline and it helped alot, I still have this stupid sickness lingering around in somewhat, im still coughing some off and on throughout the day nose is still somewhat stuffed up and I'm still spitting some stuff up off and on throughout the day, it's much better than i was 14 days ago, but nonetheless this shit is still hanging around in small ways and it really is pissing me off because I have zero time I can waste right now. I got to get this done so I can have great before and after photos and show my work paid off for thr 12 weeks and beyond.

I don't even know what I want to train today I feel like I'm going to he lost when I step into the gym and my grove is going to be all sorts of fucked up, if I stop training for longer than a week it always happens with me and takes me time to get that on feeling again.

I'm still somewhat tired so we will see how it goes today I hope it goes good for myself and the log.

Just having some black coffee before I head into the gym and Taking my daily supplements, meals are all ready to go for the entire day, I will take out mote food to prep later tonight for tomorrow got to stay ontop of that.

@Topps_Baseball88 after antibiotics make sure you take a lot of probiotics normal and spore based probiotics and buy yeast cleanse supplements too
