Today went very smoothly in my gym training the dedication and hard work is paying off in small progressive ways. I feel a big contributing factor is that I train alot for endurance as well as hypertrophy and the mixture is helping aid me in becoming stronger slowly over time.

I decided today I would stick mostly with 10 repetitions and 5 sets, I did toss in some isolation work in the end for 1 set of 20 or 25 for the repetition range. I feel sometimes it is necessary I step back and focus on a little heavier weight movements with exercises as well as dropping down into litter weights when I get fatigue setting in, in this manner of approach I still get quality repetition and my training doesn't become sloppy and I continue with proper techniques.


Today I hit a new PR for tricep extension machine, tricep push down machine, rope push downs as well as Bicep Curl for this year, I am down in weight but getting stronger in certain lifts, which I feel had alot to do with current para pharma cycle of test and primo. I feel they are working so well together along with my proper work outside of the gym so I recover and progress correctly. I believe doing everything 100% best of my abilities is the biggest factor and key as to why so far I have been successful this early on in my run and log.

Tomorrow is my last pinning for this week of the test and primo 100/100 making a total of 400mg combined for the week. I am playing the long game with this one, despite my thoughts about increasing amounts. I will run this through week six of the cycle and do some small blood work give everything proper time to take affect and shine. Week six and beyond into week 12 if I feel is needed then I will think about increase and potential pros and cons before doing anything.

Rope push downs I hit 57.7lbs for 10 reps today new PR. Tricep extension machine hit 200lbs for 10 reps, tricep push down machine hit 220lbs for 10 reps I am very proud of those accomplishments today as well as hitting 40lb DB curls for 8 reps.

The pump was phenomenal today and I felt super vascular in the gym as well as strength and energy was awesome as well, overall it was great training session today 💪


One hurdle I always have to compete with is my right shoulder as I injured it outside of the gym years ago, ever since my surgery years back, my right arm and shoulder is weaker then my left arm and shoulder, it will give out on certain lifts before my other side does, it is constantly something I have to work around, which is fine it is life it happens, important part is I am able to do what I still love and care about at the end of the day we make it work.

Injection took place around 11am today, went super smooth again as I've figured out the method and best way with administration of Injection.

I hit the gym 2 hours after injection, I also decided I was going to pop 20mg of and ED drug for pump purposes during my chest workout today, pump was akin splitting lol, forgot how good those work as a pump product in a gym setting.

My workout was on point today and I felt strong and was able to hit all goals today with my resistance training.

The DB bells max out at 75lbs at my gym and I hit 60lb for 10 on Incline chest Press, most weight with DB I've done all year, I felt I could have hit 75lbs for 10 as I was feeling strong today and everything was hitting prefect, 15lbs to go till I hit my goal of benching those 75lb dbs. I felt it was best to conserve so fuel as I had a decent amount to accomplish today.

Overall i feel good and notice at a lower weight i feel stronger then ever with certain movements and rep ranges, pretty awesome feeling i must admit, mood positive, energy positive, workouts elevated, mood and attitude outside the gym happy, so far we are riding the wave of success in all aspects in and out of the gym, which i was truly aiming for and hoping that would be how this cycle goes, still early so anything can happen, i have to log everything for full transparency.

Alright gentlemen I do believe the majority of you will be shocked when I tell you, I actually drastically changed up my style of training today. I kept all my sets at 3x12 and I went much heavier then I typically do, I know many of you are like topps are you sick? You didn't train a stupid high volume or rep range today lol.i infact feel just fine, I was playing a podcast on my way into the gym and it dawned on me when the guy said find a new 100% in the gym, so I got the idea behind a shorter back day and a heavier back day today.

I will give full disclosure I was pressed for time today so I still get my rests periods extremely short which isn't good for the central nervous system, but I was already fully committed so how going back at that point, by the end of my workout my legs got the shakes and I felt like I wanted to fall down, thankfully that didn't happen and I backed off on the weight during Rack Pulls so I still went moderate but something more manageable for my cns.

Overall it wasn't the muscles that wanted to fail me it was my cns, after the incredible back day I had today I was thinking, primobolan weak ? Unless I'm some .1% of the population who hyper responds my strength has shot through the roof. I fully didn't expect that I would max out two machines today the weight was being lifted so easy at times I could have kept going I felt, I had to listen to my body and shut it down before I went further than my body could handle.

Maybe I've had these strength the whole time and just never knew it ? Maybe it is test and primo combined with my endurance ? Maybe my body is just finally going back to the level it was at before covid and lock down ? I asked myself all these questions in my head, the reasons I did was I maxed out the rowing machine at 200lbs for 12 easy reps I maxed out the lat pull down machine at 200lbs for 12 easy reps I hit 275lbs on Upright rows for 8 moderately difficult reps etc, I have no idea where the strength is coming from, I feel a bit confused because when I ran 200mg of just test when I was 245lbs I wasn't nearly as strong as I am now on cycle at 209lbs so what is the difference? I am going to be clever here and call it the para pharma difference, sorry I had to do it lol.

The only thing that really pissed me off today was this, you know you go to a gym for a while and people get to know you then get comfortable around you, they then think it is ok to bother u right as you are gripping the fucking bar to lift 275lbs. I am sorry but wtf is wrong with people, the gym is not a socialize club for me, it is a get in work on me focus on myself for the one time I get in a day for and hour at a time. The older gentleman looks at me and goes what's up? I go umm kind of busy right now trying to lift 275lbs... he goes oh well I just wanted to say hello to you... I was raging in my head when he said that. That man just did the worse thing you could do to someone who was just about to attempt a heavier lift by snapping me out of my concentration and trying to talk to me. I was nice in my reply but stern at the same time, funny enough he saw someone else he knew and he went over to that guy and they talked for 15 minutes.... exactly what he was going to do to me had I not said I was busy and didn't have time. I will never understand why people do that.

So far after Friday injection minimum pip and soreness everything is continuing on track this weekend and we are feeling good. I took nothing for pumps today or any pre workout and man being on cycle the pumps and mind muscle connection was so on point today I felt incredible.

I decided to keep my introduction shorter today for training because I knew I was going to push myself with the weight I was moving and I didn't want to risk injury or any setbacks as we have a long way toll cycles comes to a close.

My strength is increasing by alot it seems if you go back and look at my lifts with my trt log compared to now, I wish I could explain it but I have no good explanation z other then Para pharma gear must be very potent in a good way lol.

After that heavy back day and cardio on Saturday today I woke up and I felt like I hit a wall today, I was fighting myself about staying in bed or getting out of bed today and getting a workout in, in typical fashion I felt guilty and like I was letting myself down if I didn't get up and go.

By the time I had gotten ready and out the door I had 45 minutes for a workout so I decided on a heavier leg day today. I kept all sets at 3x12 and each movement had a warm-up set of 50 repetitions at much lower weight then my working sets. I just did 50lbs for 50 repetitions I didn't care about the weight, I just wanted to get warmed up and pump as much blood into the muscles as possible before my heavy working sets.

Overall my legs felt strong today and I accomplished everything I set out at doing today resistance wise in those 45 minutes the only down side is I have to go back after work and do cardio, I did it to myself though so that is on me for dragging ass today.

I've been playing different podcasts and I keep hearing the hosts say 400mg of primo bare minimum or it's a waste and you feel nothing, well I want to call BS on those statements because in the gym I feel a whole lot of everything, as my lifts heavy or moderate high rep or low rep, weights are increasing, endurance is increasing as well as weights are getting easier to rep out and put up, way more then when I was just on trt/ Normal levels of testosterone in my blood stream.

Maybe this is rare I don't really know because I'm using what the masses reject as far as a mg amount and I've seen progress week after week and I'm not even 4 weeks in yet. I don't want to just credit the testosterone because I've been on 200mg before nothing else like I said and I didn't see this kind of progress at all.

Overall I felt strong I felt a great pump and mind muscle connection tired or not my body is finding ways at pushing through and progression is being made regardless.

No negative sides i can report at this point in time overall still coasting in a positive manner day 2 day.

Thank you brother I appreciate you having my back and full support for myself and the log, got to do right by UGF, You and Para Pharma. My log has to break boundaries and push what I am capable of mentally and physically. I can't let myself or the community down.
 
I'm not seeing squats - just machines
Sometimes I do Squat, the reason I don't Squat as much these days only having access with a Smith Machine it hurts my right knee pretty good being locked into one bar path, arthritis flares up at times with Squats compared to other leg movements. I can always give it another shot and see how it goes.

That is actually a very good idea and I can give that a shot and I will check it out and read it over, it definitely could help and give me some good ideas on how to go about it.
 
Wednesday August 9th

Today marks 3 weeks and two days since being on cycle. I am unclear as to what happened today, I just seem to have hit a wall today, I went to bed fine last night in a good mood and today I woke up feeling really blah or like I hit a wall today. I honestly didn't even want to train today. I trained the whole time I felt extremely flat and depleted of energy and just overall the whole time my mind wasn't focused, probably just having and off day which happens in life, I don't expect to me on everyday and feeling top notch at all times, just got to be realistic about it.

I had to force myself through my workout today, which was difficult because I was not having fun today I was not in it today, not sure why but just not a good one today gentleman.

Injection on Monday went good, I filled the syringe with primo and I looked down at my pecs and thought you know what I've never injected into the pec before, let's find out if it can hold 1ml of primo, interesting thing was I didn't even feel the needle go in when I pushed it in, it was so smooth and easy, took my time and slowly pressed the plunger down, pulled the needle out and no oil leaked out at all, I was super shocked I didn't realize the pec could hold 1ml of oil but now I know, might go back to the pecs some more after how easy it was overall.

Absolutely zero pip utilizing the pec with primo during Injection and today which is Wednesday very minor knot like smaller then normal when I inject primo, which is pretty nice. Test went in flawless like usual nothing to report on that aspect of Injection.

Looking back from when I first started cycle till now, I feel I made one mistake, I should have tossed in 1 oral and that oral being Tbol something more fast acting since I'm using longer esters, I could have taken the Tbol daily 1 hour before my workouts and I feel a certain synergy could have been created running test/primo/tbol together, oh well could have should have etc, food for thought maybe my next possible cycle could be those 3 together since all 3 compounds align with my current path and goals I'm currently working towards with this cycle etc. I decided it was a safer route going with just two injectable compounds so I can limit possible side effects for my first run. I get in my mind to much and for some reason I always am thinking and analyzing my steps and my process.

I am so frustrated today and that is dangerous for me because when I get frustrated with my first workout out typically I will go back after work and put another 45 minutes in and do a second workout, if I leave not satisfied with what I did or accomplished even if I worked hard, in my mind I feel like I failed and I hate feeling failure, it sounds stupid and I get it if some feel that way, for me it just drives me to go back and try to rectify the situation and my mind is stubborn at times which could be counter productive which I fully am aware of.

Just wanted to share my inner most thoughts today and vent a bit in the log journal so everyone has a clear picture during my log and cycle my ups and downs my best my worst upfront and open.

I am so frustrated today and that is dangerous for me because when I get frustrated with my first workout out typically I will go back after work and put another 45 minutes in and do a second workout, if I leave not satisfied with what I did or accomplished even if I worked hard, in my mind I feel like I failed and I hate feeling failure, it sounds stupid and I get it if some feel that way, for me it just drives me to go back and try to rectify the situation and my mind is stubborn at times which could be counter productive which I fully am aware of.

Just wanted to share my inner most thoughts today and vent a bit in the log journal so everyone has a clear picture during my log and cycle my ups and downs my best my worst upfront and open.

I've used it in the past nothing at those amounts, I could stop at the local supplement shop and see if they carry it, I would definitely give it a shot. I do like nootropics haven't used one in a long time.
 
Hello all, I will start this out saying today was a much improved day and I felt alot better during my day and my training session today. I will chalk up yesterday with just being and off day and we all get those at times. Overall my training was top notch today. I increased my tricep push down weight on the machine 25lbs so I can now max out the Machine at 250lbs for a set of 10 which was a good feeling overall. I also was able to hit single arm Seated Machine curls for 3x12 at 100lbs and my Seated preacher Curl was 3x12 at 110lbs my single arm cable curls I am now able to hit 42lbs for a set of 10 as well, things went great on that front, I was very pleased with the work I was able to put in today. I felt strong i felt dialed in today.

I had a normal checkup yesterday and my Blood pressure was 120/70 so we are looking spot on in that aspect as well, still no negative sides for me to report on with current cycle 3 weeks in.

Overall experience has been positive and the cycle is going flawless at this point in time, I am very pleased with the ease of use with this cycle and the continued para pharma quality gear. Pip is zero from the pec injection of primo I did Monday and everything is a breeze on that front. Definitely seeing the vascularity come in while in the gym and sometimes outside the gym I see it for no reason lol. Starting to get veins in my front delts popping again and across my neck into my upper chest area from looking in the mirror kind of neat looking when I work that area and the veins are just popping out of my skin.

Primo might not be even close to tren but i will say it again for myself primo does not feel weak, im seeing strength contiune to improve week after week in modest amounts, being nautral I never felt anything like it, it is a weird but cool experience week after week seeing small and big improvements along the way from the enhanced side of things inside the gym, the best part of primo is I feel it in the gym and when I'm not in the gym I don't feel it at all, hard to tell i am even on anything which I actually love that I only feel it working in the gym and outside of the gym I have normal days and don't have to worry about any sides like with a harsher compound, some of the many reasons why I love primo so far, it is everything I thought it would be and then some.

The para pharma primo has been nothing but good to me! 10/10 would recommend para and the primo they stock, getting my baring with the para test and primo, man oh man when I get to try other injectable I just know it will be top quality as well.

Thursday August 10th

I was feeling so good today and so ontop of it that I went back after work and decided I was going to do a quick 40 minute chest work out just to get a pump in before my drive home. I remember when i was at my peak once a week I would do 2 a day training afternoon and again in the evening, if I don't push the boundaries I will not know what I am capable of achieving in the gym.

I didn't go insane I did go all out, I just felt like burning off some extra energy and calories since my cardio got cut shorter today, I figure why the heck not right! One of my goals of this cycle is to find out what is possible on very low dose amounts of anabolics, the modern body builder and society pushes shuch high amounts and I don't agree with that for the average gym rat enthusiast shuch as my self, I want to look like I could come out of the Golden Era of body building one day, for me I feel that is a very doable goal with low amounts of drugs, hard training and proper nutrition. I have never been a fan of modern day body building, insulin use etc. I like the frank Zane look and that is what I strive for, he'll if I even get 50% of the way of looking like that it will be a success for me.

Depending on how my body reacts to these drugs I feel like I could achieve something similar with the use of test/primo/eq/masteron/tbol, not all in one shot but cycle ideas and compounds for me include these anabolics for further advancement and deployment when I do more cycles in the future.

It was crazy how good the pump was tonight during my first and second workout in felt amazing and the muscle hardening with the pump on cycle is something beautiful 😍

Woke up around 9:30am this morning first thing of the day on Fridays is getting out my vials of test and primo, swab the vials prep the syringes, clean the skin and Inject first thing starting my day off. I did the test into my left side delt haven't used the delts in a long time, needle went in clean Injection went super smooth. I decided on my left upper chest for the primo Injection, which also went super smooth. Today's Injections rounds out at 200 test & 200 primo for the week.

I hit the gym around noon today and I knew going into this I was going for a heavy back day keeping reps between 5-10 total for each set. Overall I felt strong I felt dialed in and everything went great today. I hit 240lbs for 5 on Seated Cable low row today and 200lbs for 10, row machine I maxed out at 200lbs for 5x10 my cable lat pull down also increased 3x5 at 200lbs I hit 275lbs for 5 reps on Bent over barbell row and did working sets at 235lbs for 3x10. I also hit 105lbs on Rear delt Machine flys which is a new pr for me as well. I am 100% pleased with my progress the last 2 weeks I've focused on going heavier for back.

No negative sides for me with my daily reporting, mood is good today aggression outside the gym low inside the gym spot on. All in all other than my one off day this week it's full steam ahead.

The general consensus is I should wait untill I get bloods at the 6 week mark and if everything checks out then bump the primo up. I've been doing alot of listening and researching as well as getting insight from people who have a ton of experience with primo. I've known the bare minimum effective dosing is 400mg a week. I've been thinking in my mind am I leaving results on the table or shorting myself if I don't give 400mg a chance. I know primo can be run as high as 1000mg a week, personally I would never see the point in going that extreme with the dose, first I thought 300mg and had for a long time, then playing tons of podcasts hearing the experience of others alot have stated 400mg is and excellent dose for cosmetic and muscle gains over time. Eventually I do want to and will bump the dose up some. The only issue I really see is that will be alot of oil into the body since I have 100mg/ml for my primo, I could in theory split the shots if need be. I truly believe 400mg a week would be the correct move, now I could be wrong but that is my personal opinion. I think 200 test a week and 400 primo for the last 6 weeks would be a gtrat middle and end for my cycle.

I am glad you agree and see what I was trying to get at, I feel getting my feet wet and sticking with 200/200 for 6 weeks really will get me used to knowing how I feel how my body reacts and what I can achieve on those doses, I believe making the push at 200/400 for test and primo is excellent for closing and doesn't put my body under alot of stress since it's only for 6 weeks and I have been taking allt of supplements ontop of a good diet for blood flow clotting heart liver for my lipids and for help with blood pressure even if I don't need it im taking it, right now at 200/200 I'm between 116/60 and 120/70 for my resting BP

Injection took place at 11am today 100/100 for the test and primo, everything went smooth 1ml of primo into the stomach and .4 of testosterone into the upper left pec area closer upwards by the collar bone just slightly underneath it. I've been trying to experiment with different areas from time to time.

So as I was looking for a spot in the right pec for a possible Injection I was feeling around and noticed I have a very hard lump of muscle underneath the right pec not under the nipple or anything nipple wise, I injected to the left of the nipple the injection was more towards the inner part of the pec not all the way over somewhere in the middle between inner most ped area and my nipple, I didn't even know I had a pretty big knot or lump in that area because it wasn't painful last week or at all after the injection of primobolan into that spot. I will say it kinda freaked me out a little bit feeling a lump that hard and a quarter size diameter wise, I've rubbed it hard a few times today and got it to break up a little bit, only a little painful when I rub it hard, had I not felt around the pec today I would never have known I had that size lump had I not pushed around on my right pec. Can't see it on the surface area isn't red or swollen on the surface just looking at my pec and skin. Maybe it was a bad shot and I didn't realize it till I felt it a week later ? I am unclear about how to proceed other than rubbing the area trying to break it up.

As far ad training went last night on Sunday I went heavier again I did one warm-up set of 20 reps at 100lbs for each movement, people keep saying primo and test at the levels I use from the podcasts and shit I read online I feel after being 3 weeks in people aren't correct, I know everyone is different and reacts different and everything is dose dependent to a certain degree. I am stronger now than I have ever been in my entire life, im pushing heavier weight on all machines ( Mobster don't grill me to hard for my offensive machine usage 😁lol jk grill away truth is truth and what needs to be said to help me needs to be said is how I see it I don't take offense)

My leg strength has Vasily increased the last few weeks I've been training heavier, last night I kept it at 10 reps 3x10 for everything besides seated cave press which I rid 5x10. When I was natural I could barely do 200lbs on cave press and last night I hit 5x10@305lbs leg Extension I maxed out the Machine at 250lbs Hamstring Curl seated I hit 220lbs for 10 leg press machine 350 3x10 maxed that one out as well, so I felt really good last night everything was hitting 100%.

I also decided I would do heavier AB training last night as well after legs, weak core leads to injury weak core leads to a a weak back so I'm trying to he as well rounded as possible with my training and switching things up.

Forgot I will add no itchy nipples no enlargement of the pecs no burning or leaking, aggression outside the gym very mild, inside the gym full throttle, overall feeling and libido are doing good and mood is mostly positive other than a few off days every once and while. I planned on doing bloods in 3 weeks since it will be the 6 week mark at that time, if all goes accordingly and looks good within reason the cycle dosage for the last 6 weeks before back down to trt will be.

200/400 so a total of 600mg a week 200 of test 400 of primo, the only thing I need to figure out is how best to do and split the shots since the primo is 100mg/ml that is alot of oil going into the muscle and I will need help figuring out the best method to complete this, I know I get lumps and knots from just 100mg shoots, pip is pretty mild other then the lumps I get sometimes as I feel my body is us3d to the primo at this point, figuring out how to do administration of 4mls of oil might be a bitch I don't know if I should do 200mg a shot in one spot or if I should split the dose . I don't mind pinning doesn't bother me, I wouldn't be opposed doing 100mg a day for 4 days, or 200mg Monday 200mg Friday, just trying to really prepare myself for this as it will be happening, just a bit nervous about the amount of oil and how my muscle will react, I might pick up some 3ml syringes hopefully lurelock and I can pick up some 25g 1.5in needles might make it easier.

Those are the thoughts of the day that rack my mind daily as of late.
 
My finger tip is where the lump is just to explain it better and show a visual representation if it was confusing when I typed it ourt, so as you can see it's not on under or behind my nipple, maybe it was just a bad shot and I didn't realize it, like I said I had no idea it was even there till I looked for a spot to inject today and I felt it when I pushed down onto the muscle. I'm been massaging it off and on today but I'm wondering if I should just let it be and it will go away like the other ones have for the last few weeks after primo injections.

I am just going to chalk it up to a bad pin or that muscle and spot didn't like that much primo going into it, all I can do now is wait for the lump to go down and break apart and the inflammation in the muscle to go away, as long as it's not gyno which clearly it is not that I'm golden lol.

I just got done seeing my General practitioner, I am unclear how accurate the scales at the office are, I remember before starting this my weight was at 209lbs I stepped on the scale and was kinda shocked I didn't expect the number being at 217lbs. I thought damn... im not getting fat im hitting cardio hard and I'm not watery, bloated or puffy, somehow I am up 8lbs.

I was thinking maybe it's the fact im on 200mg of testosterone along with primobolan and maybe the combination has somehow increased my weight by 8lbs weather or not it is all muscle I am unclear. I got nervous for a second lol because I don't go over 100 carbs a day my protein and fat is the same and some days I do 50 or less carbs, cardio is still 4 times a week and I'm training hard as hell, did I somehow put on 8lbs in 4 weeks or did I fuck up somewhere along the way, I've changed nothing other then being more intense and getting stronger in the gym along the way since starting my cycle.

Also more great news my blood pressure was 112/68 so we are looking excellent on that front and resting heart rate is also spot on. I know test can cause weight to go up but that was very sudden to just go up from 209lbs-217lbs maybe someone can chime in on this one with more experience.

I also notice on injection days I get a killer pump in my forearms Biceps and delts for absolutely no reason at all lol, kind of gun walking around with a enjoyable pump for a few hours afterwards.

I am going to go to the gym I want to train but I should rest and not work the muscles today as I already hit all my lifts and I need a few days to recover as my last workout was Sunday, so I am going to just go do some cardio for a while and call it good, which is hard to do because I want to lift but I can't push and push and not expect a negative happening so we will cool it out and cardio it is as much as I have to fight my mind not to lift.

Cardio went very well today do 50 minutes Uphill and knocked out 422 calories today while going 2.42 miles kept the speed at 3.1 today the whole time.

In a different update I did a browse on google for prebiotic/probiotics and funny enough and older EF link popped up and it was Stevesmi guiding someone on the best probiotic at the time that was worth taking, I actually have and organic healthfood store and supplement shop in my area. I went in and grabbed it so I will start taking it today and add it into my regiment daily. The ingredient listed by Steve was (sach boulardii) the product I picked up contains 50billion CFU I asked for the refrigerator kind but she said they must be out, so she pointed me in the direction of a soil based organic proboitc, she assured me it was just as good if not better because this kind came from the earth and soil, I guess we will find out for the low price of 53 dollars.

Yeah I will be doing that so I can see if it is just the scale because I was like that should not be happening as I haven't over eaten or changed anything, the one thing I'm more concerned with is that hard lump that is tender when I push on it in the right pec that I injected into, it's not behind the nipple but it's just seems my muscle hated that primo Injection, I did the same Injection into the left pec and didn't get the same outcome. Just bothering me so I hope that goes away.

those are 2 different things
( short answer yes after injection) , it could have formed a few days after because i didnt even know it was there till i pushed on my right pec Monday I was feeling my right pec for a possible injection spot and I pressed down I felt a lump, its not on or behind my nipple its on the injection spot i used, Same thing happened with my ventro glute one time on cycle , i think I'm more concerned because it's the pec and we'll gyno not that I have that just why I got concerned lol.

I don't think it is gyno the lump Is right where I did last weeks injection in my right pec, just freaks me out some because I didn't know I had it till I felt around lol, be pretty weird if I got that off shuch low test and primobolan as I've run test solo at 200mg no AI never any issues.

Yeah I injected into the left side of the middle chest area on the pec, I didn't notice the lump till this past Monday when I was feeling around my chest, it's not beyond the nipple, no breast enlargement, maybe just a super terrible pin on my part and really bad inflammation? That is my guess.

I think it is a bad pin probably the worse one I've had so far lol, been trying to massage it fee times a day, it would be hella weird gyno off primo and low test, not likely, I feel you are right and I'm just over worrying, either way I got Arimidex on hand if ever needed.

Wanted to try something different the 2 times I did it nothing the 3rd time bar shot and yeah, lesson learned experience gained for the next time around. I've had to massage and press extremely hard on the area, I'm getting it to break up and go down some so definitely not gyno is how I'm seeing it.

I just felt I needed to experiment and try something different, sometimes we pay the price for that and I was willing to accept that it was on me and my responsibilities with what could happen. Typically I rotate stomach and gluten and delts.
