primo is the stuff of legend
I will say this till I'm blue in the face, on paper it looks weak, when in the human body with proper diet sleep, yard training and cardio, primo imo is anything but weak, the endurance alone and stamina making me way more efficient tells me it isn't weak imo.

Another positive start for the day I woke up around 9am overall sleep was restful and slept throughout the entire night. I will say shout out for the W product that is nutrozol, I take that stuff and it helps me fall into sleep with ease, it's one of my staples for proper recovery as far as sleep goes.

After going all out yesterday I decided to back down a little so I don't go super overboard to many times. I like to try out different methods and styles of training. The first time I constantly keep evolving my methods I built a great foundation.

Friday is this week's second injection of test and Primo 100/100 for a total of 200/200 for the week.

The original plan for the cycle was 250mg test 300mg Primo so far looking at how I feel in my headspace and just overall. I feel by the start of week 3 I could start with my original mg amounts for the remainder of my 12 week cycle, in theory it should give me plenty of time to work with and see the results I am pushing for.

I definitely noticed after 5 reps the pump was awesome today and my Biceps and Forearms felt like rocks definitely seeing some early on set muscle hardening which is pretty cool!

I got done training at 1:45pm today, it is currently 5:35pm and I still Have a damn good pump in tri/bi/forearms as well as my veins are still popping out of my skin in my Forearms, experiencing a feel good pump hours after the gym is pretty sweet I must say.

My advice are you need to wait Week6 to start to feel really primo on body / mind and blood work too .... 200mg with your body weight are a good spot, think about this ;)

Normally your ok about electrolyte, but try to eat some food rich in potassium, if possible magnesium too and essentials fat acids.
High quality protein too, with good ratio / day.

Watermelon, if you love take some that's help for hydratation low carb and some citruline inside (good for the pump) :love:

Yes and I am feeling my way out with this and basing it on how I feel and how I respond with my mood and well being/ training sessions and recovery.

Woke up at 9am today and did my injection at 10am this morning everything went well I mixed the primo and test together I am enjoying doing it that way the most easy done deal, injection was smooth. I hit the road by 10:30 got to the gym at noon and worked out from noon till 1:30pm I decided today I was going to take a day off from cardio and focus on pushing myself again. I went all out today and I am definitely exhausted after today, soreness is minimal at best for now, I know I am going to crash hard tonight when I get into my bed.

Wellbeing overall positive and happy, aggression outside the gym is low inside the gym it's turned all the way up which imo that is the best place and way to be with aggression keep it inside the gym and harness it for progress.

Negative Side effects absolutely zero to report on this week. Positive side effects better pumps more vascular overall, when pumped in the gym certain parts of my body shoulders arms upper chest skin looks like it is going to split in two when the pump is at its peak. Training so far has been killer im pumped my entire workout, the endurance is hitting on all cylinders and the strength in certain lifts is going up slightly, biggest change so far is my endurance and the machine like feeling at times inside the gym.

Today was a awesome experience and I surprised myself with what I got done today and even when I wanted to give up my mind wouldn't let me and my body followed and I kept pushing and digging deep within.

wow that is a lot of volume
I know some might feel as though it could be counter productive, for me I truly enjoy pushing the volume with in reason, I never use weights I can't properly handle in a safe manner and I always drop either the weight or number of reps to be safe, I absolutely love training. The body I built in years precious was done with this kind of training, these days if I do it I only do it once or twice a week and then back down to a more normal volume work load.

You mean like when the bottles are empty or when it's loaded up on injection days ? Let me know and I can see what I can do.

I finally figured out how to edit and make a collage, trying to get the flies small enough was the issue, I figured it out .

I figured some update are in order the first two with the hair on my body those are from April 2023 the current photos with no hair are from Saturday July 29th 2023.

I felt it was important i shared these with all of you so you can see the full scope of my progress and how far ive truly come since April of this year.

The photos with hair I believe I was close at the 230lb mark. Currently as we stand the photos with no hair are me at 209lbs, personally I have a long road ahead of me still as I have much work that needs accomplished.

I will say I am very proud of my current progress and I have come a very long way since April. I feel becoming a logger has been so beneficial in my progress and helps me stay focused, it adds a new dimension for myself and my goals with my current journey.

Being part of this community has truly sparked my drive even further and having earned the support of the community makes it more enjoyable for me as a person.

It is my hope that everyone who views the updates will see a huge improvement and change to my body composition like I have.

I feel by the end of this cycle we will be much closer to the goals I have set for myself as far as getting lean and getting back to my peak endurance in the gym.

I am sticking hard to the healthy clean foods and my diet, focusing heavily on having a clear path and clear mind as i navigate through the process.

this is a marathon not a sprint!

30 servings for 30 dollars I can accept that as it is one scoop a day.

Reading the labels today I wanted to go for a higher carb day to help me recover and get ready for Leg day on Sunday.

Total calories 2110-400 with cardio=1710 Total calories all said and done which puts me right in my wheel house for targert goals.

I also picked up a product for electrolyte replacement, my legs always seem to cramp and get tired every week no matter what I do, so my first logical step is see if I'm lacking on this front and wait for noticeable improvement after utilizing the product, will test for 30 days and see and report back ok the log.

30 servings for 30 dollars I can accept that as it is one scoop a day.

Today I wanted to focus on more endurance training with legs, the goal was 50 straight reps each movement for legs, I tried to put a focal point on Caves today more so then I normally do as I feel I need that body part to not lack as much as they do.

Monday August 1st will mark 2 weeks into my test and Primo cycle for everyone that is following along. The end of August also marks another year older as I will turn 35. The cycle is like a little early birthday present in a way for me. I am super thankful it worked out so well with the timing.

I am definitely enjoying logging more for UGFreak & Para Pharma as this has been a blessing and provided me with the ability to pust past limits more so then I could before, I enjoy logging in general I must admit, logging and representing something that I believe in just has more responsibility with it and I enjoy that aspect of doing this, also earning this chance brings a sense of humbleness and makes me feel happy I can accomplish a goal I set out for.

That is sad it is super expensive by you my friend by us in the states it isn't alot of money.
Don't worry food here are VERY VERY expensive too ... If you want only good source of protein / lipids just that's cost A LOT per week.

For exemple here we have a first price for eggs but when I learned why i stopped to buy this, we have a label named " red label " = the hen is free, well fed, and the second label for you it's called "organic" here it's "bio" it's the same things but normally it's garanty without OGM / Motified Genetic food, or antibiotic etc ...

The same for Olive Oil, we have LOT brand on market, some are garbage and contains 0% of olive inside lol .... so it's not easy when you don't know what brand, the same for colza oil etc ...

Supplement food help me a lot for protein, i have the chance to have a whey from a dairy source, filtered at low temperature, the milk comes from cows raised in fresh grass pastures, i think you have surely a brand in your place with the same protocol, it's more expensive but better for health and the aminogramme are from the milk only and not A.A ramified add on the whey for boost the aminogramme.

Try to eat some food rich in protein between your training and the 4PM meal if possible cook some things like white turkey + some legums and depend some rice / lentill , in a box special for transport the meal, when i working in institut / hospital i used this method because no break for eat, it's easy and in 5 mins you have all what you need ;-)

Or shake with whey and depend what do you need some carbs like oats / pills fish oil.

If you need to feel and enjoy your primo = food i think it's good idea to think about a meal / remplacement meal between training and after the famous 4PM.

Today marks two weeks on cycle with the testosterone & Primobolan from Para Pharma. After giving my ventro glute proper time off to recover from injections I chose that spot for injection today. I can say in confidence it was and easy draw and smooth injection, I've really learned to take my time with the Primobolan when pushing into the muscle and the location.

Today was 100mg test 100mg primo which I will be sticking with through weel four of the cycle, but damn it if I don't get the itch to push by the end of week 4 into the 250mg test mark and the 300mg Primo mark, I don't know why I have this thought stuck in my head that I need to earn it and stick to the original mg amounts I planned out.

I've been handling 200/200 very well with absolutely zero negative issues, I have 2 very small pimples on the back of shoulder which I chalk up as hormone fluctuations all normal stuff.

I've been curious if 50mg more test and 100mg more of primo would even make that much of a difference honestly, I am unsure of that aspect.

All said and done it would go from 400mg total up into 550mg total so nothing insane and still a very low amount of each compound. Part of me is just curious because I've never ran anything over 200mg so it would he fresh and new for me being at 250mg.

I hope everyone is having a good week so far, Monday Tuesday are my rest days then back at it on Wednesday-Sunday.

Overall from the progress photos I posted I feel I am making decent/good overall progress.

@Topps_Baseball88 i wouldn't add more testosterone or more primobolan, remember some steroids take up to 6 weeks to really feel them especially primobolan, stay with the lower doses for now IMO

That is what I am going to end up doing, I just wanted to share some of the thoughts I have in the back of my mind on a day to day basis.

Like i said, you need to wait minimum 6 weeks to feel really the primo (mental and physical side)
Just take your dose and don't think about "if i take more i get more results"

Remember for Primo you need to eat well, protein are very important particulary at the end of training.
In the past i used BCAA + Glucides for post training, that's help a lot too, or at the end a good whey + glucides.

That is high praise brother 🙌 I truly appreciate that and value your thoughts, it helps give me a different perspective on things. I am trying my best to make the log as quality as possible.

I appreciate that brother, doing my best for the indepth and quality aspects for the log. I agree with you and in 4 weeks time it will land on 6 weeks on cycle so we will know more at that point.

Today I was bit tired and possibly still in recovery mode after upping my training some intense twice a week, nonetheless we made it into the gym today and overall I felt strong I felt good and was able to train no issues.

I decided I would do lower weight for my first 2 sets with higher reps and follow with 3 working sets a bit heavier in weight and keeping my working sets at 10 reps a set, while my two warmup sets I kept it first set 30 reps 2nd set 20 reps.

Pip was almost none existence for Monday when I did my injections, I can somewhat feel the spot I injected, about a Nickled size knot nothing major, par for the course over the weeks, doesn't hinder or stop me in any way and will heal like always.

Training today was very good and I was pleased, enjoyed switching from lite to more moderate it added a different level of difficulty which i always welcome and enjoy.

Strength is going up in a modest amount, I accomplished my goal I set out and I hit 50 straight Bodyweight Dips today, I will admit the last 5-6 was a struggle in the end I hit 50 and that is what counts, I was very pumped up after I hit that today!


I feel I am at the point when I feel tired and I things hurt ( not in a bad way) just in a way that I can tell mentally and physically speaking I am put in so much more work because the compounds are doing its intended purpose and enhancing more of my capabilities and letting me push beyond what I was able to do.

I have noticed in small modest ways a few reps here a few lbs up in outs here etc, everything I should be seeing I am, which is also interesting and I get hands on experience and learning as I go which is my favorite part, it isn't the muscle or this or that, for me after reading and researching so many years on peds and hearing stories from people, it is nice to finally truly start to learn understand and be hands on with it.

You are on the right track brother, not a bad tired more of exhaust the muscles and worked hard kind of feeling tired, engery levels are still good, tonight when I get home I will cook something up probably. I hope you do the same and enjoy the night/day for you.

I feel I am at the point when I feel tired and I things hurt ( not in a bad way) just in a way that I can tell mentally and physically speaking I am put in so much more work because the compounds are doing its intended purpose and enhancing more of my capabilities and letting me push beyond what I was able to do.

I have noticed in small modest ways a few reps here a few lbs up in outs here etc, everything I should be seeing I am, which is also interesting and I get hands on experience and learning as I go which is my favorite part, it isn't the muscle or this or that, for me after reading and researching so many years on peds and hearing stories from people, it is nice to finally truly start to learn understand and be hands on with it.

solid workout again, that is a lot of volume
I have always loved volume in my workouts, if is so challenging and that is why I truly enjoy it, also I use it as a way to cardio train by taking very short rests in-between all those sets, I like to try and keep my heart rate elevated when possible.
 
Wednesday August 2th

Today I was bit tired and possibly still in recovery mode after upping my training some intense twice a week, nonetheless we made it into the gym today and overall I felt strong I felt good and was able to train no issues.

I decided I would do lower weight for my first 2 sets with higher reps and follow with 3 working sets a bit heavier in weight and keeping my working sets at 10 reps a set, while my two warmup sets I kept it first set 30 reps 2nd set 20 reps.

Pip was almost none existence for Monday when I did my injections, I can somewhat feel the spot I injected, about a Nickled size knot nothing major, par for the course over the weeks, doesn't hinder or stop me in any way and will heal like always.

Training today was very good and I was pleased, enjoyed switching from lite to more moderate it added a different level of difficulty which i always welcome and enjoy.

Strength is going up in a modest amount, I accomplished my goal I set out and I hit 50 straight Bodyweight Dips today, I will admit the last 5-6 was a struggle in the end I hit 50 and that is what counts, I was very pumped up after I hit that today!

Wednesday August 2th

Today went very smoothly in my gym training the dedication and hard work is paying off in small progressive ways. I feel a big contributing factor is that I train alot for endurance as well as hypertrophy and the mixture is helping aid me in becoming stronger slowly over time.

I decided today I would stick mostly with 10 repetitions and 5 sets, I did toss in some isolation work in the end for 1 set of 20 or 25 for the repetition range. I feel sometimes it is necessary I step back and focus on a little heavier weight movements with exercises as well as dropping down into litter weights when I get fatigue setting in, in this manner of approach I still get quality repetition and my training doesn't become sloppy and I continue with proper techniques.


Today I hit a new PR for tricep extension machine, tricep push down machine, rope push downs as well as Bicep Curl for this year, I am down in weight but getting stronger in certain lifts, which I feel had alot to do with current para pharma cycle of test and primo. I feel they are working so well together along with my proper work outside of the gym so I recover and progress correctly. I believe doing everything 100% best of my abilities is the biggest factor and key as to why so far I have been successful this early on in my run and log.

Tomorrow is my last pinning for this week of the test and primo 100/100 making a total of 400mg combined for the week. I am playing the long game with this one, despite my thoughts about increasing amounts. I will run this through week six of the cycle and do some small blood work give everything proper time to take affect and shine. Week six and beyond into week 12 if I feel is needed then I will think about increase and potential pros and cons before doing anything.

Rope push downs I hit 57.7lbs for 10 reps today new PR. Tricep extension machine hit 200lbs for 10 reps, tricep push down machine hit 220lbs for 10 reps I am very proud of those accomplishments today as well as hitting 40lb DB curls for 8 reps.

The pump was phenomenal today and I felt super vascular in the gym as well as strength and energy was awesome as well, overall it was great training session today 💪


One hurdle I always have to compete with is my right shoulder as I injured it outside of the gym years ago, ever since my surgery years back, my right arm and shoulder is weaker then my left arm and shoulder, it will give out on certain lifts before my other side does, it is constantly something I have to work around, which is fine it is life it happens, important part is I am able to do what I still love and care about at the end of the day we make it work.
