i just came across these when i was doin some grocery shopping. they come 12 in a box and they're made by jennieo.

nutritional facts:

1 BURGER:
160 calories
total fat: 9g
sat. fat: 2.5g
carbs: 1g
protein: 19g

anybody else eat these? are these good to eat if i'm trying to loose weight? it's under 4 bucks for 12 of them so if they're ok i'll be eating them alot.

go to costco, the have these burgers in a bag. Turkey burgers. If youre trying to watch fat intake, 9 g's is kinda high, these burgers have 3 grams per patty and 21 grams of protein. Its in a green plastic bag from costco

They look alright, but they real turkey?? Or processed??
Is the 9 grams of fat naturally occuring? or does it have hydrogenarated oils, etc.?

Whats the indrigents?

Even if it has these processed oils, it probably should not hurt your diet, as long as you keep within calroies, and macronutrient range your aiming for. The hydrogen. oils and trans fat that this may have it may not be good for healh reasons, but I"m still not sure if this is the case?

smr91481,

I love turkey burgers. But I buy ground turkey. It looks like regular hamburger, but it's turkey. Ask the guy at the meat counter in the supermarket if they sell it.
The package that I buy says it has 5 servings at 25g of protein each. 6 bucks a pack though:(
