Getting back to the gym and getting ready to bulk up but first want to sort my diet out,I mainly work 2pm till 11pm most days so looking what I can eat.Im looking at tuna and new potatoes obviously tuna for the protein and new potatoes for the carbs.I was just wondering for each meal during the day how many potatoes would you include with the tuna ? Just trying to think of other things I can eat other than protein shakes
