trying to put on as much muscle as possible. eat everything in sight?

im on a gram of sustanon per week right now and im wondering if i should just literally eat everything .. and i mean everything . peanut butter jelly before bed, pizza, tons of milk, rice, eggs, oatmeal, bananas, bread, i mean FREAKIN EVERYTHING DUDE. like right now i just had a slice of pepperoni pizza and 5 eggs (wierd ass combo i know .. but i do that all the time ) is this a good idea or not??? :chomp:
 
depends if you want to get fat IMO.. I think you burn alot of the fat while on but its hard to then re adjust when you get off. Plus yo yo dieting like that isnt great either

well if thats the way you feel then yess eating everything will make you bigger.. what are you going to do at the end of the course when you dont have "superhero" abillities? people usually have to things in mind when taking gear

getting huge is a wonderful thing but if you look like rolli-polli cuz you've packed on 50lbs. of which 40 of that is fat, you didn't quite do what you set out to do...what you should be doing if you want to get huge without looking like a marshmellow is eating pounds of chicken, steak, brown rice, eggs, oatmeal and protein everyday!!! think about it...the average slice of pizza has over 1000MG of sodium...sodium = salt which = water retention...now i don't know what your stats are, but a 6' 235lb. ripped bastard looks a lot bigger and meaner than a 6' 260 fat ass...just my 2 cents on the situation
 
What is your body type and how much did you weigh before starting the sus?

This diet might work for an ecto, then again I've always been in favor of lean bulking.

swole you said it right, lean bulking is the way to go.. Why would anybody want that big bloated round look..women love a well built man and men envy the well built..

minus the pizza sounds like a typical days eating. milk,PB,rice,eggs,oatmeal,bananas,bread throw in chicken and beef and you can pretty much eat as much of it as you want and not get fat if the meals are divided 6-7 smaller meals and timed correct ( minus the breads orcoarse)
 
there is nothing super wrong by eating as much clean food as u can as long as you accept u will probably put on some lbs of fat along the way, depending on what your body type and metabolism are like.

do u have a diet plan that u r following?
 
YOu do not need tons of fat in your diet bro....Pizza? That's bad
Eat clean protein/carbs and low fat....more than likely you will blow up and be fat with that diet then you are going to spend the next 1-2 cycles cutting

I've than a cycle or 2 like that and turned out bad every time.
 
You can certainly take some liberties in the calories you take in while "on"... your metabolism should be super-charged during cycle... I used to eat insanely clean, moderate carbs, etc during a cycle and used to wonder why I didn't gain 20-30 lbs like most bloated-up dudes around me...so now I find a happy median... you can still gain substantial mass and eat fairly clean... oats, sweet potatoes, whole wheat breads and pastas, peanut butter and healthy fats.... they're all your friends.

Strong people eat pizza. I eat it 2-3x a week easy. I also drink loads of chocolate milk. If you want to make progress in the gym, and are looking to be really strong you have to eat a lot of food... and there is nothing wrong with eating whatever the hell you feel like eating. If you wanna be 6'3 and 205 then you should eat like a bird... b/c you will look and lift like one.

Yesterday:

ML 1: 6 whole eggs, 4 pieces turkey bacon, 1/4 gal skim milk
ML 2: 2 foot longs from Subway w/ double turkey, bag of chips, large diet coke
ML 3: 3 scoops ON Whey, 2 cups oats, 1 tbsp All Natural PB
ML 4: 8oz chik, 2 cups rice, 3 cups green beans, 1/2 gal chocolate milk
ML 5: 3 scoops ON Whey, 2 cups oats, 1 tbsp All Natural PB, 1 apple
ML 6: 10 oz Steak, 1 larege potatoe, 3 strips turkey bacon, 1/4 cup low fat cheddar
ML 7: 1 scoop casien, 2 tpsp ANPB, 1/4 gal skim milk

A couple days ago my PWO meal was 2 marie callanders chicken pot pies, a small pizza from the grocery, and a 1/2 gal of choc milk.
 
u must have an incredible metabolism. if i eat like that i would be a big strong fat pig.

How about when u come off from eating like that. If you keep eating like that with no sauce, u would get fat, if not, u lose muscle, in theory anyway...

im a mesomorph for sure, i weighed about 212 before starting the sus at 5'8''

Dude... how do you put down that much food? I'm 6'1 almost 6'2" and weigh 240ish with 14-15%bf. I could never eat 2 subway footlongs in one sitting. You must be huge and a high metabolism.

Mate im not trying to flame you but i must point out that in your avatar you have love handles and from what you wrote its obvious why..

2. He's a powerlifter and he doesn't give a shit.
 
Only carbs I eat: oats, brown rice, brocholi, apples, and whole wheat bread. The rest is PROTEIN: meat, eggs, cheese nuts, protein shakes (2 a day) 300g/day. 4000-5000 cals tops or I get FAT.

yeah your probably right and thats the difference i was trying to point out to the person who started the thread...

eating lots will make you BIG simple as that. but you will eat a certain type of food to shape your body in a certain way pizza will give a rounder physique in most cases simple as that

Agreed halfcenturian... I'm a few years behind you but I eat pretty much the same diet... a little simple carbs as possible (sugar in my coffee and fruit early in the day), complex carbs but none late in the day, lots of lean protein ( I shoot for 300g a day too), vegies... all in 6 meals a day. It's easy as you get older to have pounds creep up on you and then have a hell of a time losing them.

I agree, I;ve notice the same thing....as I get older I need to eat cleaner to stay lean Otherwise I've been known to "Bear UP" and I do not have the same crazy fast methabolism like I use to LOL
I've even started to eat Tofu of all things....far cry from pizza but the cholesterol is more important for the long haul

Bro, the guy works out hard. He burns calories like a furnace. You think he's got "love handles" now? He was a fatty before!!! His physique has improved 110%. Funny thing is, he ain't really trying to get anywhere close to competition shape.
