Trying to loose weight

My girlfriend is trying to loose weight.
She does 45 min of cardio everyday and eats decent
Any supplements she could take? Something like oxy pro or something?
 
Clean diet is key. Id go beyond decent to a good or great diet. As far weightloss pills my fiance used oxyelite for a month and it work decend with energy and suppression,but built up a tolerance so switched to Lipo6 black for a month and is now taking a break from stims. I think most will build up tolerances to all so its good to find a couple to switch between and its also good to go a month here or there without any to give the body a break. My fianced noticed to most difference once she got her diet inline so thats key. Also Id mix up the cardio....dont just run, try other things to mix it up. Arc trainers, elipticals, bikes, plyometrics, jump rope, etc. Maybe even light weight training.

Diet is definitely the key here... If you are looking for extra help, I would say she has a few options... There is a princess alpha stack that is offered at NTBM... Need2Burn is also another very popular one amongst women... You can't go wrong either way!

I'm with Dylan on this one. Diet is key ! But the princess stack would be an excellent addition on top of a solid diet. Let us know what you end up Goin with and how it works for her.
 
i will concur whats been said ... DIET. doesn't matter how much cardio she does, i see people in the gym doing cardio EVERYDAY for 2 years straight and they are still fat.

tell her to get on the forums and PM me her full stats and her current diet and i will tweak it to help her. but please let her know don't waste my time if she isn't serious. cause the diet i put her on she may not like but if she really wants to get anywhere she should listen.
 
Eat less. Move more. And spell it L-O-S-E.

"Loose" is what your pants get after you do the first part.

Check out Orbitnutrition and view Oxy ECA. I am in my 3rd week and have went from 241 to 228 already. Solid energy and only take 1 a day!!

yep, I was gonna recommend this as well...alpha princess if shes serious about weight training and n2burn if she's just looking to do some cardio and lose a few lbs
