Clean diet is key. Id go beyond decent to a good or great diet. As far weightloss pills my fiance used oxyelite for a month and it work decend with energy and suppression,but built up a tolerance so switched to Lipo6 black for a month and is now taking a break from stims. I think most will build up tolerances to all so its good to find a couple to switch between and its also good to go a month here or there without any to give the body a break. My fianced noticed to most difference once she got her diet inline so thats key. Also Id mix up the cardio....dont just run, try other things to mix it up. Arc trainers, elipticals, bikes, plyometrics, jump rope, etc. Maybe even light weight training.
