Ok people I am fed up with being kinda thin, and I have always worked out off and on but with not to great of results. I have started taking Nitrotech Protein, Cell Tech Creatine and Glutamine. I want to know if anyone has any other suggestions on supplements. I would take Andro but it seems to make me break out and I cant take that! I am only 19 so maybe I have too much damn testosterone anyway!!!!! I dont know about any of the other testerone enhancers or anything so I am not sure if there are better ones out there that have less side effects! So I guess I am just asking does anyone know of any other supplements I should be taking!!!!

Eat like a mad banshee, get as much protein as possible.Work hard in the gym. Good protein shakes that will bulk you up: 2-3 scoops of protein powder, milk, a big scoop of peanut butter, a big scoop of ice cream.

Take it from someone who used to be pretty skinny - eating is the only way to go up, and a good habit of going to the gym also helps. Also make a conscious effort not to 'overtrain' in the gym. This is something I fell victim to a little bit a few years ago - thinking really long hard repetitious workouts would get me big. You get big by eating and sleeping with 'hard' workouts - just don't over do it. Go with large/heavy basic movements 3 exercises for larger muscle groups 2 for smaller - 3 sets of 6-8 reps is good for adding size. That's all you really need starting out.

Get a calorie scale - find out what your maintenance calories are and then make sure you eat above that every day.

Get 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per body pound - but make sure to get your other stuff like fruits and vegetables so your body can process it all properly.

Also change up your routine once a month - it keeps it fresh and that way you don't get bored doing the same thing day in and day out - hence you stick with it longer...

Good Luck

Ok you want to gain mass. WEll first off you have to train hard. Everybody knows that. You have to have protien shakes of Meal Replacements high in Glutamine and BCAAs. Here I go again on Scitec Nutrition but these have the haighest in BCAAs and Glutamine. These are essential in anti catablolism to feed your muscles.

Check them out at www.scitecnutrition.com

Look at the gain 15lbs in Six weeks and read that article. This is the only stuff that has ever really worked.
