I have found nothing builds back like wide grip chins man. I'm planning on dropping some weight next cycle. Don't wanna cut calories while only on 200 mgs a week test cyp.
I'm fine with the weight actually as I'm still totally functional, and we tend to forget mass x acceleration=power, but there's been a slight increase in blood pressure, I'm usually 120/60 ish. But my numbers have been fluctuating and my wife gets, excited when I am lean and muscular LoL so...
